Superb boutique in Tallahassee… Cute clothes for the young and more mature, great prices, and the customer service is excellent! They are amazing at social selling… find them on Instagram and you’ll never have to wonder what’s new in stock!

I gave this store two stars mainly because they do have cute products and items– but that’s it. The customer service and communication between staff and customers is awful. Loli and the bean used to be my «go to» store for wedding and birthday gifts but not anymore. There are other monogramming and gift stores I will use in Tallahassee from now on. The staff is snooty and do not go out of their way to make any errors on their part right. When I order and item and pay for it upfront I expect to get exactly what I ordered. When they call you to tell you they are actually out of something you ordered you would expect the store to go above and beyond to make it right– not at this place. I’ll be spending my $ elsewhere with better service.

HORRIBLE customer service! I came here because I follow Loli & the Bean on IG and they appeared to have super cute items. I walked in the store and browsed through some dresses and their jewelry. I even tried on a few dresses that I really liked. I said all this to say that I was there for at least 30 minutes and NOT ONE person even spoke to me. I listened to and watched the workers either chat with each other, or walk right past me to greet and chat with other people coming through the door. I almost bought 2 dresses and a necklace that I really wanted but why spend money in a place that doesn’t even acknowledge you??? If I’m invisible, then my money is too. Here’s a little tip: a simple ‘hello’/ ‘welcome’/ ‘may I help you?’ goes a LONG way. Good customer service, much like chivalry, isn’t dead.

They have the cutest clothes — probably half of my weekend closet is Loli — and the best gifts. i just bought a gift for my future father in law for his birthday, my best friend for her graduation, a family friend who is retiring, and my teacher for a great semester… all in one trip! They have the cutest wrapping which makes it so easy to go in, buy, and get to the party. They also monogram just about anything and take the time to make sure it is exactly how you want your product to look like.
Jennifer always helps me and makes my shopping experience so great– she always has the best suggestions and always helps me with a smile. They have a great staff and i always notice that on the weekend they have extra hands on deck when needed.
For gifts, jewelry, reasonably priced clothes, cups, monograms, and anything cute — I always shop at Loli!

First Time-​Last Time. My fiancé bought me a dress that unraveled and left a hole about two hours after I put it on. He took it back and they wouldn’t even give him store credit! What kind of store sells people low-​quality merchandise and won’t make it right when they’re caught?! To make matters worse, they REFUSED to let him speak to a manager. I have never been more appalled at a complete lack of intelligence, customer service and disregard for ethical business practices.
It seems a lot smarter to do the right thing, replace the faulty merchandise and keep a customer who could spend potentially thousands of dollars in your establishment… rather than lie, cheat and steal and therefore lose potential customer over (buyer’s cost) about $ 20 bucks. Rude and awful.
