I know that urgent care leaves doctors pressed for time, but a little bit of tact would be appreciated. I am currently looking for a general physician and I decided to try out Appleyard due to a bad sore throat and check it out. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and professional, but after I got back to the exam room, everything changed. Living with a med student, I know exactly what is expected of a doctor in terms of tact. Needless to say, I am never returning to this location.

Receptionist is a miserable person & wants everyone to feel the same. Both the overhead radio & TV were playing (a headache — inducing cacaphony in the waiting area), resisted muting either.
This location has a low standard for customer service. I always go to patients first for their prompt friendly service, but the Appleyard location is a poor example of the service I’m accustomed to. I write this from the waiting room of the Lake Ella location, where customer service is lovely as always.
