This is my first time downgrading a review. The service I received here last Tuesday is worthy of 1 or 2 stars, but since Target Copy has had my back since 2009 I’ve decided to go easy on them.
I’ve always had a problem with the amount of computers they have set up. Three desktop computers simply isn’t enough for the amount of traffic this place gets.
I had to print out 35 one-​page Word docs for a Unilocal Event. (Remember that fun little quiz you guys took at Smashburger?) That’s it. 35 pages. Black and white. Portrait. Nothing flashy. Lo and behold, 105 Landscape sheets of paper came out. The attendant asked if everything looked alright. I kept it together for the time being. Let’s try again.
All three computers were occupied and I stood there for 10 minutes unable to do anything. I kid you not, a girl was filling out a job application via
and it took everything in my inner self control to not say something to her. Clearly, this isn’t the time or place to be doing this.
One of the attendants was preoccupied with this other kid who entered the store the same time as me. Another employee was on her cell phone. And the third was kinda-​sorta trying his best.
Finally, I regain computer access and send the document to their printers. Portrait, check. Black and white, check. 70 pages, why? Apparently, it was my fault (yes, I was blamed) for having an extra page on the document, even though it was a one-​page document with ample room toward the bottom.
Last but certainly not least, I had the pleasure of sorting out my 70 pages with the employee (who was kinda-​sorta trying) down to 35 pages. He moved at the pace of your classic «County Worker,» while I knocked my half out in under a minute. And I literally waited and watched him painstakingly sort through the pages ever so slowly, which according to my watch, took 3 minutes and 15 seconds.
I ended up paying $ 6 and change for the whole deal, but I was there for 45 minutes! 45 minutes for 35 one-​page documents, with three employees on hand, and only three other customers in the entire store.
If you now me, you know I love giving the benefit of the doubt, but I do not have tolerance for incompetence. I may think twice about coming here next time.

When I need something done to the 9s, I can always count on Target Print & Mail for top quality workmanship and service. I’ve used them dozens of times and NEVER been disappointed.

BOTTOM LINE: best commercial print shop in town for consumer projects. Yes, I’m including Kinko’s in that mix…
I’ve been using Target periodically since 1989. Back then, some of you might recall there were two Targets (the other was on Pensacola — kinda near where Phở 7 is now — around there).
This is a local shop with a great deal of pride in their output, and I’ve seen them carry huge loads. Back in the days prior to «We can now ePublish everything ourselves» — these guys were carrying herculean projects from faculty, students and non-​academics alike — with wicked tight turnaround productions.
Went in today to reproduce a class album for a 20^th reunion the wife is having tomorrow. We sandbagged this until the last minute. Target is coming through and is letting us pick it up tomorrow at noon.
Target — you are IT. (oh, and the «top 100 nationwide» placards on your wall offer the proof!).

I’ve used Target Copy as a student and as a professional and every interaction has been fabulous! As a student, their convenient location and hours were perfect and when the company I worked for used them, Keith and the other delivery folks were the best. Our products were always top notch, on time and the Target Copy crew made sure we were happy at every step of the process. You won’t find better customer service anywhere in Tally!

Target Copy is great! They print most of our marketing materials such as business cards, post cards, flyers, signs, etc.
I can’t tell you how many times they’ve come through for me on last minute projects. The staff is very accommodating and professional.
All the printing is high quality and the prices are as good (sometimes even better) than online sites. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a huge fan of Target Copy and they have had our business for nearly 10 years. Their customer service, speed and quality are unparalleled. I cannot count the number of times the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our products. They have printed our banners, brochures, posters, magazines, CDs, rack cards, letterhead — you name it. No matter what crazy specifications I come up with, their answer is always «Yes, we can do that.» Their best features: 1) Speed– I can’t tell you the number of times I have come to Target with a rush job and it was done ahead of schedule, proofing included. 2) Fantastic looking materials– this company is highly professional and their products prove it. All details, from paper type to color quality to cutting and binding, are expertly addressed and 3) Attentiveness — The staff is responsive, knowledgeable and simply amazing.

I have used Target copy for several print jobs and been highly satisfied each time. The service is great. Sure, they get busy sometimes but they always let you know they’ll be with you soon — at least you aren’t ignored. Our company has typically used another print service but Target Copy has much better pricing. I will use them again and recommend to others. Sometimes you have to be patient for high quality service.

I hate this place. But I haven’t found another in town so I’m stuck with them. There are just too busy for the location and staff. I waited over 20 minutes to SEND a fax. And it cost $ 3 for the first page for out of area. Most places cost a dollar less — but then again there aren’t any other options.
