I was recommended to try Bubbles to Bows by a friend. i couldn’t have been happier. They have always been on time and they have always been professional. I have a big dog and he is so happy when he sees the van pull up. Our dog is a family member so I would only give him the best and «Bubbles to Bows» is the best.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
I stopped using this grooming service because I learned the hard way that they are TERRIBLE.
First, I made appointments for all time of the day, morning or afternoon. I got my dog groomed regularly for about 4 or 5 times and EACH TIME the groomer was late. If I make an appointment for 3pm. I expect you to be there. At first I thought it was a fluke thing, but it continued up until my last grooming.
On the 4^th grooming, not only was the groomer 35 minutes late, she gave me my dog back bloody. She didn’t say a word to me that she cut him or anything. I didn’t realize the extent of his injuries until she left and I further looked at my dog. He has lipomas and apparently she ignored them (I did tell her about them when she arrived) which caused her to cut them.
The final time my dog was groomed, the groomer was 45 minutes late, took about 20 minutes (so either he rushed or didnt do everything) and handed me my dog back looking TERRIBLE. He had what looked like razor burn or something all over his body. I took him to the vet the next day and was told it was an infection from the groomer not properly cleaning the instruments between dogs, resulting in an over $ 100 vet bill. When I called the groomer I was told that my dogs condition cannot be proven to be caused by the groomer and therefore they were not liable. I will never give this place my business again, and neither should you!
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!

I have been using this company for close to 3 years now. Each time I schedule a first AM appointment. Each time they arrive past the time of 7am.
This morning my appointment was scheduled for 7am. Not one missed call not one message from anyone saying they would be late. I called the office and the voice service says the office opens at 8am. I left my message that the groomer still had not arrived and I would no longer need the service as I had another appointment I needed to be at.
7:23am the groomer decides to call me and tell me she is at my house. I told her that she is late my appointment was for 7am and I had no missed calls regarding that she was running late. She claimed she called my phone but yet I had my phone on me the entire morning, not one missed call not one voicemail.
Horrible customer service! I called the office at 9:45 to speak to the «owner or office personal» and her response to me is «I haven’t listened to any messages yet this morning» so I proceeded to tell her that I declined the grooming today as they arrived late and she told me I had to remember that they come all the way from Sunrise and I am in Hollywood east and they encounter school zones and traffic. I told her That’s not my problem! She proceeded to make comments and I told her I would take my business elsewhere and she wasn’t even the least bit sorry for any of it.
By the way I had referred my sister to use the services over 2 years ago and my sister stopped using them when her groomer was late and left her dog with bleeding and breakouts.
DO NOT USE THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR TIME!!!

We did not make an appointment. That was the issue.
Groomer showed up on a Saturday (thanksgiving weekend) without us making appointments or requesting any visit. After months –even maybe over a year– of having our pets groomed every two weeks (on a week day– never Saturdays!) we were expecting this to be handled differently.
It was never about the charge, as we normally tipped very well and the penalty would’ve been recovered in two visits at the most. It is about ethic and customer service.
In any case, our Credit Card refunded the money and we are super happy with our new groomer from Weston. Happy ending for all :)

Worst worst worst awful experience. Months later I’m looking at my poor dog’s terrible haircut. My dog is 16 years old and I thought it would be easier on him to try a mobile unit for a home visit. Very bad decision on my part. The groomer said she had many years of experience, but you wouldn’t know it by this result. The end result is awful and I’m still looking at it many months later, with regret. I can only hope his fur will grow back normally some day. I did call them and left a voicemail message that I was very unhappy. No one has responded, which is another sign of bad service. Use this service at your own risk.

I had a bad experience where my dog was razor burned by a groomer. I showed pictures to my vet and told him that the manager agreed (never apologized) to pay the bill. This was end of September. The vet said give it some time to heal. He was acting fine but in late December started biting the area that was dark still (scar tissue) I called several times and the manager never called me back. I took him to the vet and she now refuses to pay. I used the only groomer that is good and gave her my business again as I knew she was going to reimburse me for the bill. She now refuses. They have one groomer only that is competent. Her name is Danni. The manager claims I waited too long and now it is my problem. The bill was $ 135 and I usually pay her $ 150 for my 3 dogs grooming. She lied to a loyal client. I have had other problems with her fly by night groomers when Danni is booked but this was the worst.

Worst dog groomers in the world! We had been using them for 3 years and the last time we had them groomed 6 months ago we had issues and that should have been a big red flag. Yesterday we had an early morning appointment set up and the first groomer shows up with an attitude that showed he was pissed off at the world. He wouldn’t acknowledge our dogs or try and build up a little rapport with them in our house but only grumbled out. «What do you want done?». When we told him we wanted a pomeranian cut for our pomeranian he stated he didnt know how to do that. He further stated that he had 20 years experience and had trained our previous groomer for bubbles to bows but had no idea how to do a pomeranian cut. My wife and I decided there was no way he was touching our dogs and told him so. He then tried to extort $ 75 for canceling him. I told him he wasn’t getting a penny and he stormed out of the house and almost hit a car pulling out of our driveway.
My wife called the owner who sent out a second groomer and assured us this guy knew what he was doing and would be more than satisfactory and we would be satisfied with his grooming. I looked up a pic of a pomeranian cut to show him when he got here
, and he said he would do that cut. When he brought the dog back in all he did was shave him, no grooming and now the poor thing looks like a chihuahua! He also cut the foot on our mini schnauzer which is still bleeding a little today and he didn’t clean any of the three dogs ears!

Office staff sucks. Groomer did not even show up, did not even bother to call. she claims she got lost. That is what a GPS is for… This company should not be around. They are very unprofessional and a bunch of idiots that don’t know what they are doing! I do not recommend them!

I have been using this mobile groomer exclusively for a while now. I have 4 small dogs and I used quite a few different groomers until I found this one. With the other ones, I never felt 100% confident about the groomers. I would even take pictures of license plates in case anything were to happen to one of my fur babies!
Dani is the best. She is always so cheerful and she does a wonderful job with my pups. She always remembers the haircuts exactly how I like them, and each dog’s haircut is a different one! She’s always on time and on the rare occasion she’s not, she always gives proper notice. I have already referred her to many of my friends who have pets.
I deducted 1 star because one of the ladies (I believe there is 2) who schedules the appointments over the phone is a little bit rude. I wouldn’t even consider writing this in the review if it hasn’t been an issue on more than one occasion.
Other than that, this company is fantastic!

Dani is awesome! She’s been grooming my dog for about a year, I’m so happy every time, she does such a great job on my Pomeranian Rocco !! She’s fast and always on time and so sweet rocco loves her ! So convenient to have her come to my house !!! Ask for dani you won’t be disappointment !

I had a horrible experience with them. Never again. The groomer cut my dog so deep I had to take her to the emergency room. It was horrific I saw my dogs flesh. What was even worse was the groomer told me it wasn’t that bad, and not to tell her boss. My dog couldn’t walk for over a week. I made them pay for the hospital bill.
The haircut was horrible. All she did was shave my dog. To this day my dog is terrified of getting groomed because of her. The horrible this is that in the middle of grooming my dog she cut my baby and didn’t bring her to me immediately. She continued to groom her and then brought my dog out of the van. Evil.

Shannon was our groomer and she did a great job! She was prompt, courteous and professional! I will definitely rebook!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I have two small dogs, and I have been using the same groomer from Bubbles to Bows, the last four grooming sessions. After my last grooming visit, I noticed that the dogs nails had not been cut at all. This groomer has always left the dogs feet fluffy, which is why I had not noticed until now. The reason I noticed was because one of my dogs was licking her paw nonstop. When I looked at it I realized that her dew claw had broken in half. When I looked closer, at her nails I realized that the nail on her «pinky» had NEVER been cut! The nail was to the point of curling into her foot pad.
I called the groomer personally, who said he’d come back to the house and fix it, on two separate occasions. I called the office looking for help, and no one answered the phone. After lots of phone calls and no responses, I found out their server was down for a few weeks, and they were just getting back to people. I had to take her to my vet to cut the nails, and I’m taking the other dog too, just to make sure that everything’s ok. They offered to pay the vet bill (we’ll wait and see if that actually happens…), but when I asked to be reimbursed, I was told they do not do that. I was informed by the «manager» that I should have known my dogs nails were not cut, and I should have taken pictures because how is she to know whats true or not. She is «between a rock and hard place», in a «he said /​she said» conversation…
The customer service is horrible! No one picks up the phone, and no one calls you back. The one person or «manager» I spoke to actually talked to me in a horrible way non-​stop, cutting me off and interrupting me. I’m honestly not sure if she absorbed one word I said. It is impossible to talk to an owner. I called today to get the email address and after seven calls, and me leaving them a vm, I was told «I thought I gave it to you yesterday, but I guess you didn’t hear it». They don’t care about the quality of what they do, or the representatives customer service skills. I would never trust my little dogs to anyone in this company I’m looking for another mobile groomer today, and am patiently waiting for my vet bill to get paid by these people.
UPDATE: I found another mobile groomer (they did a great job!), who came and did haircuts last night on my dogs. Bubbles to Bows, never cleaned her ears, in addition to never cutting her nails! The same dog who has the nail issues, now has an ear infection! Poor thing! Still waiting in my check for the vet appointment, I never was able to speak to an owner there either. Beware of Bubbles to Bows, they don’t take care of dogs like they say they do.

Always late and always shave my dog even when I ask for a cut. After giving them 3 tries, I won’t be using them again.

BAAAD COMPANY!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD SERVICE! DONT USE! I give ZERO stars. The first time was mediocre at best. My dog was done too quickly. Her hair was uneven, her tail left untouched and I’m not sure how water was used to bathe her since she wasn’t even damp and was done in less than 40mins. She’s a 65lb black lab mix! For the second appointment they sent a creepy guy despite requesting a female due to my dog’s history of abuse (she’s a rescue). We tried again– they never showed for a 0700 appointment and when I left several messages they finally called me back saying (with the groomer on the line) she’s been knocking at the door with no answer! We’ve been home with the garage door open and the car in the front since 0650! They basically argued with me! No apologies, no professionalism and as a result NO MORE OF OUR BUSINESS!!!

I booked Bubbles and Bows over a week ago to use for the first time today. My appointment was for 1 p.m. At 1:09, past my appointment time, the groomer called to say he was on his way. At 1:39, with still no sign of the groomer, I called him back, and he informed he that he was «one block away.» At 1:56, the groomer still had not arrived. I spoke to Amanda in the Bubble and Bows office who informed me that the owners would offer me a $ 5 discount for completely inconveniencing me. This company does not stand behind customer service and has a total disregard for their reputation. I will never trust my pets to them, and I will recommend to all my family and friends to never utilize their services. I am outraged, shocked and disappointed by how I was treated by this business.

Today was the first time I’ve used Bubbles to Bows and I’m extremely pleased. I have a 12 year old cat who has never been groomed and George (I think) handled her well. She looks and I’m sure feels like a million bucks! Prompt, thorough, pleasant service. It is more expensive than a stand alone shop, but worth it for the convenience.

Angelina was groomed by Marie for the past 15 years until her passing in April. Now we have sweet Ruby and Marie continues to do her very best. Love Bubbles and Bows and the convenience of at home grooming.

This mobile grooming is mediocre; I was expecting a little better service.
They arrived on time and had pleasant customer service; except that the employee smelled like cigarettes a bit.
My dog was done within the hour and she smelled nice and looked ok.
One complaint! The nail grinding was terrible! Looks like they cut and that’s it. This is a deal breaker for me!
