love this place!!! cynthia and her staff are incredible! purchased a phaff quilt expression 4.2, christmas gift. cynthia is wonderful gave me her time to explain the features on the machine and… give new owner’s classes for your machine!!! wow!!! they are amazing,!! friendly!! and patient. i recommend cynthia’s fine fabrics to everyone!

Love this place! The owner and the staff are incredible, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone that works in the store goes out of their way to be helpful. The best customer service i have experienced in a sewing/​machine store. I am so happy I found this store!
I’ve read other comments about the price of fabric and i think its comparable, minus the option for coupons. With that said, if you join the sewing club you receive 10% off your total purchase, every purchase. Also, the selection of fabric may not be on the scale of Jo-​Anns, but it’s not a tiny selection with items you could never find at Jo-​Anns. They have an incredible selection of rhinestone trims and specialized fabrics. I was impressed.

The owner, Cynthia was so knowledgable and friendly. She was a joy to learn from and buy from! Not only did I buy a machine but she gave me valuable information on a embroidery machine I did not buy from her. She went out of her way to help me. My wife was browsing the store and was approached by several staff members asking if they could help her. Really impressed with everyone working there.
Good customer service is hard to find in the sewing community and I am so happy I found this place!
Included in a my purchase are lessons and a sewing club membership. I can’t wait!
Other places sell babylock but when you buy your machines from Cynthia you are also receiving her wealth of knowledge and experience! She is worth it!
I was also impressed with the selection of rhinestone trims. Really great quality products here! You won’t be disappointed.

I recently found this fabric store online and purchased about 100 $ worth of swimsuit fabric. I chose them over a corporate store because I like to support small businesses. At that point I had a good experience until my sewing machine threader broke. I called when they first opened and asked if I could bring it in. They said yes the technician is here or the owner could take a quick look. The owner came over and told me to come back during the week and she will look at for free. She told me to call first and to come in on Wednesday because she was busy. I work full time and go to night school and only have the weekends for free time. I tried to explain and she did not care. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I can barely call this a fabric store. It’s so tiny that there is hardly room for anything and a lot of the space is taken up with sewing machines. Yes, there are a few fabrics, but we found them to be higher priced than other places in the area.
