Traditional Taekwon-​Do Center & Muay Thai Center of Tamarac teaches the arts of Taekwon-​do and Muay Thai.

We offer adult and children classes, exclusive After School program, personal training and a variety of fitness classes!

Our facility also has a pro-​shop where you can find uniforms and fighting gear.

History

Established in 2007.

The Traditional Taekwon-​do Center & Muay Thai center of Tamarac is a family business that provides a workout for all fitness levels and ages. Taekwon-​do increases flexibility and strenght, builds endurance and self-​discipline, increases cardio vascular fitness levels, and helps maintain or lose weight.

We honor the traditional Korean art of taekwon-​do and its tenents: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-​control and indomitable spirit.

Our after school program is known for the attention we give the children in our school. We build leaders with manners and respect.

Muay Thai is a combat sport from the Muay Martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-​up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as «the art of eight limbs» because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical and mental preparation.
