A-1 Window Tint

Don’t ever go here. Not even a year after having my tints done, the back window is bubbling to were I can’t hardly see out of, all the 4 windows on the side is bubbling. I called him and told him he told me to text him later for he could give me a number to fax my invoice at and then we could schedule something. I texted him and I never received a text or a call back so I kept calling him and he never answered. Two months later he answers the phone and I tell him how upset I’am about the whole situation. He tells me what would be a good day I tell him and he said «oh I can’t do it that day I can do it tomorrow». I said no I work, I told him that I’m only available on the weekends and he said I can only get it done Monday– Thursday afternoon 1 – 5. I said I couldn’t because I work. He told me to call him back when I get my schedule figured out for he can redo my tints. No he should work around my schedule, not his.

Horrible! Steve (he appeared to be coked up at the time) did a poor job on my windows and left huge bubble that never evaporated. After my passenger window tint came off and began to curl up my window I called asking for him to fix his work. Needless to say after a month of unanswered voicemails and dodging me, I took my car to another tint place Tampa to fix A1 Tint’s TERRIBLE work. DO NOT BRING YOHR CAR HERE

Very bad service I took both of my cars in today they tint the first one which they did a bad job used cheap stuff when they made me pay for high performance. Now the second car they didn’t even touch cuz he got too busy he had my car all day when I dropped it off he told me it will take two hrs I had to take it somewhere els

Here is an unbiased but very dissatisfied customer update. I will post the pictures of my tint later today for you to see. I went there on Tuesday and this drunk who didn’t identify himself as an employee because he was busy reading a magazine in the waiting area, doodled out and instead of listening to me the customer, he proceeded to come up with various excuses for why my tint is peeling and bubbling. I contacted the owner Steve after I left and he was cordial and we set up an appointment for me to come in on Thursday, today, to fix the 3 windows that I am having issues with. When I first spoke to Steve, he stated without seeing my car that it was some metal in the door which started to cause my tint to scrub off on 1 of the 3 windows. I told him that was not accurate since he had not seen the vehicle. So I show up for the appointment today, and of course the drunk who came up with excuses finally showed up but an even worse drunk who just awoke, it appeared to me, showed up late for the appointment about an hour. To be fair and honest, unlike them, Steve the owner did call several times to say the guy was on his way and a possible ETA. As soon as the new drunk opened the door, I didn’t smell alcohol but they had the appearance of someone who is inebriated, he came out with excuses about metal scrubbing the door. If he had of listened to the customer and blatantly stating that it is my doors fault, he would have known that I took the door panel off and viewed the workings of the door in anticipation of this nonsense. He did not. Bottom line, if you waste your time turning your head in there direction as you pass by, then you have wasted far too much of your valuable time already. Am I upset yes, bc they didn’t even try to investigate and resolve but accused and blamed. I rate this –losers. I will take my business back to Divine Sounds on Dale Mabry where they know how to treat customers with honesty and integrity. Sorry so long, need to get the true facts out.
