Terrible customer service, poor business practices. I recommend that if you work hard for your money you do NOT call this company. I called aaa because my elderly parents heater was not working, they came out to diagnose the problem and upon there diagnosis I pulled the part that the tech said was bad and brought it to a local parts house. They said that this part is not bad! Upon calling the company back and asking them to send somebody out and properly diagnose the problem I was told that there would be another $ 135 charge!!! The lady on the phone also got loud and animated stating that their licensed contractor said that the part was bad and that I was not a contractor! All I wanted was for them to correctly diagnose my problem instead I was charged $ 135 and still have no heat in my elderly parents house 39° last night!

This company came out almost 3 yrs. ago to work on my fridge. Did A+ work for a fair price. Today the fridge started making a noise, so I called the same company to come out Monday! These people are the bomb!

I own 4 houses in Seminole Heights. I received a call for a «30 year in business special» to tune up your AC for $ 39.95. I hired them to do all 4, as it seemed a great deal.
They broke my first unit, breaking the cap to the freon valve, letting all the freon esape and having to replace the part. After arguing with them, they fixed it for free, which was great, but my tenant suffered and they broke a perfectly good AC.
I allowed them to continue on to the other properties. I get a call from my tenant the next day, and she says now the AC is not cooling properly, only after the technician went to «tune up» the unit. I get an estimate for over $ 300 to repair the AC and it also needed a leak check ect ect… The unit was working perfectly before they arrived and now there are all these expensive repairs?
I called them to NOT go to my other properties. They either are 1. incompetent technicians or 2. trying to take advantage of an out of state landlord.
DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR AIR CONDITIONER!
It’s a shame because I try and support local, and I’ve even given these guys some appliances (it’s an appliance and AC shop)
Sorry neighborhood, but these are not the guys.
