My car had to be towed. This is the company the insurance send me. I had to call 3 times. They first said 30 minutes. After an hour and half I called back they said my car had been picked up and completed. I was standing next to my car at the time. They said the driver was busy. I called a third time and the driver was on his way. He got to my house about 6 to 6:15. He had to wrong address on where to tow my car. I had given the dispatcher the address but they googled the name of the company and had a different address for the driver. The dispatch called the right place before hand to make sure they had a drop box which they did. In the morning the repair called and said the car was there but not the key. He called the tow company and they accused him of some kind of wrong doing. Not really sure what. When I called they couldn’t get in touch with the driver but his paperwork said the key was in the drop box. After several hours and many phones calls later the tow company said the driver left the key in the locked car. So the repair shop opened the car and no key. That is when the tow company said they would have to make a key. Before the repair shop closed at 6 they called and said they found the key in the muffler. I don’t know why. This has been the worst experience I have ever been through getting my car towed. So unprofessional. I had the tow truck driver Eric. When I finally got my car back the AUX cord was missing, and my phone charger was replaced it with a different one.

My car was towed by this company from a visitor parking space in an apartment complex. i arrived as they were hooking it up. They said it would be $ 115 CASH to put it down and not tow it away. I had a credit card and was willing to pay, however they only took cash. When I arrived to pick up my car from the place it was towed to it was $ 230 and they had no change. My car arrived safely which was the only good thing. The section of town I had to wait in, in the dark, a woman alone, in the middle of the night was very shady/​scary. There was no place to go inside. I was left locked outside a gate. Any business that doesn’t take credit cards in this day and age doesn’t not get my approval. Any business that has no place to wait but alone in the dark outside — No thanks.
