I love this place it reminds me of home Fort Worth, Texas and their food is very affordable. I also really like the store you can get any kind of candy and also country items. If you have never eaten at a Cracker Barrel you are truly missing out!!!

Best breakfast in Tampa if you aren’t worried about healthy food! Great home style food. Surprisingly the biscuits and gravy are not good, but the Country Boy breakfast is the bomb.

The great thing about America is you can eat what you want, when you want and Cracker Barrel is the champion of breakfast for dinner. I order off the menu the Grandmas breakfast special. Blueberry pancakes, eggs over easy, hash brown casserole, and sausage links. The waitresses here are always friendly and helpful. The only issue is there are too many tables and they are way too close together. You rub elbows with the people at the next table and can’t have a conversation with who you showed up to the party with without the tables around you joining in. It’s always nice to have the infant in the high hair reach over and slather your shoulder with a fistful of egg and sausage gravy. No personal Space allowed. A great place for breakfast though.

Love going to Cracker Barrel and I’ve always been pleased but twice now I’ve ordered take out from the Cove Bend location and I’ve been disappointed. My daughter and I ordered salads and they were half the size of when we order in the restaurant and the chicken had fat and gristle in it. My son ordered a steak and it was tough, dry and full of gristle. We ordered for six people and it was almost $ 70…which is fine if the food was good…3 of the 6 meals were not what they should have been. I will eat in at this location but will definitely not order take out again!

I love that place… food is so good !!! The waitresses are awesome. The only thing that stood out was that the store manager had laryngitis, and thats a no-no in food service. Otherwise, the restaurant was awesome!!!

I love The Cracker! I stop at them when traveling. This one in particular! I noticed the store part of this restaurant and very clean and organized. I was able to find my wife a beautiful gift and they wrapped it for me staff is always great and very attentive. Great job Cracker Barrel!

Super slow and check out these pics of my girlfriends raspberry lemonade. There seems to be some shmutz on the inside! SHMUTZ What is that, sour cream?! Then my girlfriend ordered blackberry pancakes no whipped cream. Check those pics out. Not only did they put it on, it’s spilling over the darn edge onto the table! My fried egg was rubbery and I also attached a pic of my dirty silver ware. I have a strong stomach so I ate anyway and it tasted fine other than the egg, but come on! And service was crap. Never coming back.

Had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. They put the green beans on the same plate as the chicken making the bottom of the chicken crust soggy. The person who took our order was not the one who served it. When we pointed out the errors, cornbread please we didn’t order biscuts, and can I please have some ICE for my ICEDTEA. And why is it at all Cracker Barrels when they forget something as simple as the syrup for your pancakes does it take an unacceptable amount of time to get it. Hubbys pancakes were practically cold by the time the syrup arrived.

This place is a paradise for the morbidly obese. At least McDonalds changed their ways and offers healthier meal options. It took 10 min to explain my off the menu description of a healthier dinner plate but my waitress fought me on it all the way. She was really put off by my choices of grilled chicken & vegetables. Their veggies are already boiled or meats marinated so the nutrients removed and the calories added. No wonder their average guest is so huge!

This is my favorite place for some comfort food or for a salad. The servers are attentive and you can get in and out fast. I love walking thru the store and looking at all the cool things to buy. Cracker Barrel serves breakfast all day too!

ONE word — Pancakes!!! They were made to perfection, as usual. Also, the hash brown casserole is always delicious. However, the portion size for the price is so disappointing. It’s like this little dollop, such a tease :(But the pancakes always always, alwaysssss satisfy my hunger. The service was excellent, I expected such, being that this location is in the south — southern hospitality. For the first time I tried dessert and I didn’t like it, at all. The peach cobbler and blackberry cobbler, two thumbs down. Other than that, everything else was superb!

I am a fan of Cracker Barrel in general, so I need to get that out there right away. As for this location, I have never had a bad experience. Service is always spot on, the food comes out hot, and the atmosphere is what you want when you go to a Cracker Barrel. We have had times we went in with a special request to put us by the fire that was lit that day, never a problem. As for the food itself, I have to give them some credit for finally jumping on the healthier food bandwagon. They now offer several dishes, like a pork chop, or chicken, which are low in calories, quite flavorful, and filling. They also list calories for their side items, so you don’t make a mistake there. Of course, the biscuits and gravy is really where it is at, but that is besides the point. If you are in the area, they are a great option.

Service was 5 stars, they were busy and he was very attentive. Food was plenty, and the price was right. I was surprised there was a Cracker Barrel here, I never knew! This restaurant had everything you would expect from a Cracker Barrel. My daughter and I shared the delicious French Toast.

I’m never one to go out to Cracker Barrel or any franchised, country-cooking restaurant, but the service I received today is worthy of bragging. Our waitress, Brooke, provided us with such great care. A group of needy college students asking for a bunch of biscuits and water, all while the restaurant is packed on a Sunday afternoon, were served with patience and professionalism. Shout out to you Brooke. She only has one star too. «I got ‘chu.»

Had lunch here today. It was decent. Arrived here with a friend and got seated very quickly. Service was quick, but i did feel a little rush to order my meal. After ordering, the meal arrived quite quickly. I got the chicken fried chicken dinner. Basically fried chicken breast with 3 sides of your choice and a biscuit. The chicken tasted decent and portion size is quite large. It had white gravy on it but tasted a little too thick and dried out. One of my sides was mash potatoes. It tasted like it has been sitting out under the hot lamp for a little too long as it was a bit dry. Coleslaw was tasty with a bit of sweetness to add to it, definitely enjoyable. The biscuits also came with a side of gravy, as i stated earlier the gravy is a little too thick and dried out. Overall the server was kind and attentive. Food is good with large portion sizes, you wont leave here feeling hungry. This wouldnt be my number one choice for lunch but wouldnt mine coming back.

Not the greatest of Cracker Barrels! It’s just ho-hum. Seems almost like a bad Waffle House. Just wish corporate would kick this into gear. Seems this whole area acts lower class, not use to the lack of southern charm similar to Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee & so on

Sometimes when you have a hangover, all that will cure it is biscuits from Cracker Barrel. So you drive to your local Cracker Barrel, hope there isn’t too long of a line, and you get a table. You order chicken fried chicken and some of that hashbrown casserole and biscuits. You wash it all down with diabetes-inducing sweet tea. And you don’t care that this is a chain, or that the food isn’t that great(it’s salty, it’s greasy, it’s processed). All that you care about is that you got food in your stomach ASAP. This Cracker Barrel is just like all the other Cracker Barrels. Mediocre chain food, mediocre chain service, mediocre chain atmosphere. And as with ALL Cracker Barrels, try to get there early or at off-peak times.
