I have been here too many times and every time I wish I went to walgreens! I only went because you emailed me a $ 5 off coupon and I had a chance on beauty products I was going to buy it anyways so I went in with my coupons ready and my card just to find out that sometimes the $ 5 off doesn’t work and competitors coupons are no longer accepted by CVS. that’s cool but don’t be a complete completely rude annoying cashier. And maybe we could open another checkout line so you don’t act frustrated with me when your systems don’t function. No thank you, have a nice day etc. completely unacceptable customer service. this location is horrendous I happen to live right near by but will never ever ever go back again. It’s all about how you treat people and they have no idea. go to Walgreens go to Walgreens go to Walgreens CVS app sucks too

I do not get prescriptions frequently; however, over the past year and a half, I have gone to this location 4 times and have been told on 3 of those 4 visits that computer problems have delayed filling of my prescritions. If computer problems are so frequent at that location, they really should have a plan B for filling prescriptions when their computer system is down.
On the 4^th visit (no computer problems this time), I chose to wait for my prescription. I sat in the waiting area for neary 45 min. When I still wasn’t called, I went to the counter and learned that my prescription had been filled 30 min. ago, but no one called me. No apologies and rude demeanor were the icing on the cake.
Lack of viable procedures and lack of attention to detail in a pharmacy department are major red flags in my book, and make me wonder how much care goes into correctly filling the actual prescriptions.
Beware.

I have been picking up my prescriptions at this CVS location for three years now and the pharmacy staff is so nice. If you use the drive-​thru window the service is faster, but I usually stop in to take advantage of the weekly deals on dish soap, toilet paper and soda.
I love the Extracare card!!! I get the flier every Sunday with the weekly specials and combine them with my coupons and Extracare card rewards. My husband affectionately calls me his «crazy coupon lady» because I will buy $ 75 worth of toiletries for the house, but only spend $ 20.
