Envision SP’s foster a dramatic and necessary improvement in the performance and resiliency of our physical infrastructure across the full spectrum of sustainability. Envision provides the framework and incentives needed to initiate this systemic change. As a planning and design guidance tool, Envision provides industry-wide sustainability metrics for all infrastructure types.
Envision provides a holistic framework for evaluating and rating the community, environmental, and economic benefits of all types and sizes of infrastructure projects. Through its framework of criteria and performance objectives, Envision acts as a guide for making more informed decisions about the sustainability of infrastructure projects.

Meet the Manager
Leo C.
Manager
Leo is an engineering inspector focused in helping others to build a better tomorrow through construction engineering, planning, and inspections along with a focus in sustainability for future generations. He has over 15 years of experience in the many aspects of Civil Infrastructure. Leo graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a degree in Environmental Chemical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. Leo then received a Masters of the Arts from the University of Pheonix in Organizational Management/Psychology. Leo holds licenses in Engineering and Inspection from the State of Florida and a certification as a Project Management Professional.
Louis Berger is a Charter Envision Qualified Company through the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, and Leo Cannyn is a certified Envision SP member and Envision SP Champion Employee of Louis Berger Group.
