History

Established in 1985.

EXPRESS-​IT! opened in 1985 and hit the ground running. Our first big break came with the opportunity to provide 24 hour deliveries for Smithkline Beecham Clinical Labs. We began slowly to prove ourselves, and little by little we kept growing and growing and growing. Soon, we were providing work for 72 families and required two dispatch teams. We held contracts with many Tampa Bay hospitals and a wide array of Tampa Bay Business Professionals who enjoyed our top notch immediate rush services.

Today we maintain our good name among our established customers and we show our newcomers what we’re all about. We offer warehouse and distribution services from our Carrollwood Business Park.

Steve headed up Steve Elliot Personnel on Madison Avenue in New York before he brought his family to Florida for sunshine and sandy beaches.

Express-​It! Messenger Service, Inc. was started with a prayer, and it took off with lightning speed. Offering the first service of our kind which never used ‘answering services’, we handled all our own calls 24 hours a day! That’s what made us special. We rolled up our sleeves and built this company brick by brick with love, sweat, style and a «Can Do» attitude. Our 27 year delivery career has been a busy whirlwind and we’ve loved meeting wonderful business professionals and delivery partners along the way. We offer immediate business rush services with warehouse and distribution from the Carrollwood Business Park off North Dale Mabry Highway. Thank you Tampa Bay; we are a part of you!
