Our family has been an important part of this Tampa Community for years. I started working in a fairly large company in the carpet cleaning industry and one of the major components I noticed was that the company had a lack of customer satisfaction. I was aware of the fact that we’re in an industry that needs loyal customers and we need to focus on our reputation so we can receive new clients from word of mouth. Currently, our company thrives on repetitive clients and them referring us to others.

History

Established in 2010.

Woking for large carpet cleaning chains for years I realized that corners were being cut and there just was not a great focus on the consumer. I know a company is able to deliver good old fashioned customer service by having core values such as reliability, honesty and integrity. Our company was born knowing people deserve to be treated right.

After years of working for other companies and seeing «the little things» being left out of real customer service, I decided to start a company that could express the way that I would like to be treated when having a service provided for my family and home. I truely believe that a client should feel well taken care of and treated with the respect they deserve.
