I honestly cannot say enough about the impeccable service this body shop provides! From the second you walk through the door you are treated with the utmost kindness and respect from everyone there. They take such pride in every detail and go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with every aspect of your service. Julio puts you at ease from the moment you walk in and is up front and HONEST about your repairs. They truly do care and it shows in their service, integrity and work. I will never go anywhere else and will absolutely not hesitate to tell my friends and family about Impex. Thank you for the amazing service… you are truly THE BEST!

This place was the best!!! Julio and his dad were awesome! They do not allow you to be inconvenienced. They have been in business for years and have a great relationship with insurance and rent-​a-​car places to help you out. They were always reachable text and calls whenever I wanted. They were great!!! I hope I never need them again but if I do I will not hesitate calling IMPEX! I’m also letting all of MacDill AFB know that this is where you need to take your car! Thanks guys!
