Jeff Ralph – State Farm Insurance Agent

I really appreciate the team here at Jeff Ralph State Farm. They were able to help me find the coverage I needed while still making it affordable for me. When my monthly payment got returned, they followed up and worked with me. My other insurance agent had never taken the time to reach out and offer options for me. The smiling faces make a big difference too. When I walk into the office it’s not like walking into any other insurance place that’s not willing to help or is «too busy» for you. They have a great referral program too. I’ve sent some of my friends/​coworkers to get a policy and they make sure to provide extra incentive for me to do so.

After 4 years along with the New Year, will come a lot of changes and one will be loosing this insurance company. I was parked in a parkin lot, car not even running and someone hit me. No problem the agent says, you get it fixed and we will go after his insurance company to pay for damages. Sounded good and like the correct process, as I did nothing wrong. Nope my rates went up and when I call to get new insurance, this claim is held against me.
I will persevere and find the right insurance company for me, I have a totally clean driving record and should not be paying the outrageous prices that I am to be insured.
Go somewhere else! I did get friendly service.
What’s a girl to do? Not waste money on an insurance company that is happy to raise your rates.

This group is all about the money, not customer focused and certainly not focused on developing the best policy for ‘you’. They had my car business, and my home, and turned my home policy over to a completely different provider, without my consent. Beyond shady. Keep searching for honest, caring agents who will help and support your needs… they are out there!

Let’s start with State Farm, the «I will cancel you for any claims» insurance company.
Then, I will back that up by the apathetic staff who didn’t really seem to care whether they had my business or not, which included 3 other lines of insurance. Honestly disappointed by the whole experience. I had them for three years and was dropped like a warty toad, even though the claims were the fault of the other party. I would recommend another agent, and company altogether.
