Originally started out as Miami Investments Realty doing business in Miami only, then in 2008 changed names to Equator Realty Inc. and is now doing business in Miami, Tampa & Orlando Florida.

Joe is a full time Realtor offering his clients over 16 years of experience and expertise in real estate — as an investor, property manager, and as a licensed realtor. Joe knows the legal and technical aspects of real estate transactions, but more importantly he has the interpersonal skills and sensitivity required of a good real estate agent.

Joe is the person you want on your side when selling or buying a home. He is a skilled and innovative problem-​solver capable of calling upon vast resources to get the job done. As a full-​time Realtor, Joe stays well-​informed of current changes in the market and he takes the time to explain to his clients how those changes may affect their real estate goals.

He is also very knowledgeable about and the various assistance programs that are available to first-​time home buyers and can guide you through the process. Joe is active in the community and regularly volunteers in citywide clean up events, home repairs for the elderly.
