Established in 2006.
Inspired by his strong work ethic, by his dedication to providing clients with the thorough representation that they deserve, and by his desire to help others achieve the «American Dream,» Attorney Kevin D. Slattery opened Kevin D. Slattery, P.A. in July of 2006. The firm is located in Tampa, FL and offers assistance in both family-based and employment-based immigration matters. Mr. Slattery’s mission is to provide comprehensive, professional immigration legal services at an affordable rate to corporations, small businesses, universities, non-profit organizations, religious organizations, and individuals.

Attorney Kevin D. Slattery completed his undergraduate studies in 1997 from the University of Notre Dame. There, he graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree in both Political Science and French. While at Notre Dame, he was an active member of the national political science honor society Pi Sigma Alpha. He was also an active member of the Notre Dame Council on International Business Development.
In the summer of 1998, Mr. Slattery participated in the NAFTA Leaders Internship Program at the Washington Center for Internships & Academic Seminars in Washington, D.C.
In 2003, he received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law, from which he also graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Slattery was the recipient of both the Legal Drafting Book Award and the International Human Rights Law Book Award. He was an active member of the Florida Law Review and several other student associations, including the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi.
