We were traveling here on vacation and are from out of state. My wife hit a pot hole and the plastic cover underneath the engine fell off and was dragging on the road. We used Unilocal to look for an auto repair shop. From the great reviews, we selected Mcgee. We were not disappointed and I will give them 5 Stars. They have terrific customer service and the mechanic was honest and friendly. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Every time I come here I know I’m receiving timely, quality, reasonably cost work, along with impeccable customer service. As a female it can be frustrating and daunting to walk into any auto center, but I can assure you they make you feel right at home. If I could give 10 stars I would :).

This place does great work and has awesome customer service. I was worried that I was losing my local auto shop when the signature crew moved from their location on Kennedy. But after a few less than enjoyable experiences at other places, I am happy to drive the few extra miles to the new location. Also, McGee provides free shuttle service so I don’t have to arrange a ride after I drop my truck off.

I don’t know a lot about cars, so I can’t answer the most important question (are they finding unnecessary repairs to make?). But I can say a few other things. I’ve gone to McGee twice and both times were pleasant. The people inside are very nice. I paid $ 170 for a new tire on an SUV and that’s with a $ 10 discount from Unilocal. (Be sure to use that.) Also, it’s located in downtown, so you can leave your car there and go to work.
In sum, I’ve never had to spend too much, they’ve always been pleasant to do business with, I’ve never had any problem with their work, and the location is great.

I wouldn’t trust anyone other than McGee Auto Service & Tires. I moved to Florida about four years ago and immediately found Signature Tire to service my car through a friend’s recommendation. The customer service is exceptional and you can always have confidence that the (now) McGee team is taking care of you. Charles and Barbara are very helpful in their approach. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and keep you happy! Customer satisfaction and comfort is a priority for them. They’re direct with the explanations they provide and more importantly they’re ALWAYS honest and don’t talk you into buying anything you don’t need. I highly recommend bringing your car to McGee as the quality service and exceptional customer experience carried over from Signature Tire without fail! I would steer any family, friends or strangers to McGee without hesitation.

After being disappointed at a number of other tire stores, I use McGee now exclusively for new tires. Unlike some other stores, I have never had to argue with them over warranty’s or road hazard. Reduce 1 star in that I have never had a damaged tire that could be repaired rather than requiring replacement, and explanations sometimes weak. Staff is friendly and professional, and location is convenient to downtown. Store recently switched from Goodyear to independent, but still sell Goodyear as well as other brands. If simple nail in tire might want to check cost to repair elsewhere before McGee tells you it cant be repaired.
