History

Established in 1994.

Paris Flea has been performing Luxury Interior Design Services since 1994 in the Tampa Bay area. With over a thousand satisfied clients, we strive to incorporate the ultimate design experience personalized to individual lifestyles. Our Interior Design Professionals understand needs, desires and dreams and translate them into reality. We are not limited to our local area, and have obtained outstanding Interior Design results in locations such as the West coast and Northeast coast.

It all started as a wrought iron restoration business, in the owner Ashley Russell’s South Tampa backyard. One day her husband mentioned that it looked like Sanford and Sons, and that it was time to open a storefront. Ashley Russell and her daughter Melanie Rose established the first Paris Flea on South Macdill, where the South Tampa Post Office currently sits. Over the years, the business evolved into Interior Design Services, our specialty.

Meet the Business Owner

Ashley D.

Business Owner

Ashley was born into an artistic, talented family that explored a variety of creative channels – from clothing design to the recording arts and everything in between. As a young professional, Ashley started a very accomplished career as the founder and publisher of Southern Homes, where her duties included all the decisions of published content and layout. It was Ashley’s eye for style, the extraordinary and the unique that brought tremendous success to her magazine. Her skills led to a demand for her talents and resulted in her role as publisher with several magazines, a position she enjoyed before she ended that chapter of her life.

As a hobby, Ashley restored wrought iron furniture and sold her pieces in the front yard of her Tampa home – an endeavor many of her longtime customers fondly recall. Within a short period of time, her little front yard business had to move into a store.
