Eat a little something. Don’t go super hungry. Even if you don’t get a spiritual experience, your body and mind will feel much better. It’s like a massage without the pounding. I also left feeling lighter in my body. And more clarity in my mind. If you meditate already the effects may be subtle at first, but more noticeable as you drive home.

Today was my first float ever, and it was an amazing experience! Grant was working and he was very helpful and explained everything to me, which made me less anxious.
Before my float, I tried something cool that involved wearing goggles and headphones; the lights and sounds really put me in a relaxed mood. Then I did my hour float, and enjoyed the oxygen bar.
I left feeling so relaxed and well-​rested, and I’d recommend this place to all of my friends.

Wonderful staff. Excellent atmosphere. I felt very comfortable and had an amazing experience. Of the multiple places I’ve gone for float tanks, SFG is at the top.

I wasn’t sure how to review this. I was dying to try it and it just wasn’t for me. The waiting space was gorgeous with lots of crystals. The staff was friendly. The tank water was cold and got colder as the time went on. They put some type of mineral in it, but you aren’t like bathing in crystals or anything. If you are afraid of small spaces this also wouldn’t be for you. I was expecting intense meditation, but I couldn’t even finish my hour session. I realized it just wasn’t for me.

I experienced a float for the first time on Sunday. It was a most beautiful experience and it helped me tremendously! I suffer from anxiety and was looking for a natural way to deal with it. I feel amazing and the effects are still holding on a couple days later. I was assisted by Nina and she was very helpful and kind. It took me a little time to get used to the tank but I really wanted to experience the entire thing so I opened my mind and just tried my best to relax. I am so thankful that I did. Not only was I better physically afterwards, but I also felt better spiritually and emotionally. I will definitely do this again. I would do it everyday if I could. Thank you to Nina and Jared for bringing this great therapy to our city.

Thank you Jared and Nina for opening up this wonderful gift to the community. I have been YEARNING to have a float tank local in the Tampa Bay Area for some time now and you guys came to the rescue! I love floating as a means of maintaining mind and body wellness. This method of relaxation should be advertised and utilized more by the general population. Stressed from work? Got the blues? Pregnancy taking a toll on your body? Get in and shut the world out for 60 or 90 minutes. The benefits are monumental! This brings on a natural endorphin euphoria, mental sharpness, clarity, creativity, complete full-​body muscle relaxation. It is the most effective and incredible means of stress relief and relaxation available. Everyone should be doing this! To top it off, the owners are great with inviting positive energy.

Jared and Nina have brought Seminole Heights exactly the type of business that it needs. My float was really relaxing and it left my skin feeling super smooth. It is the closest experience that I have had to floating in the Dead Sea (which I have done several times before). The big difference is that the chamber allows you to enter a more relaxed state as they deprive you of light, sound and wave movements. I highly recommend visiting for a float.
On a separate note, I bought a really cool keychain with a geode attached. So if you’re in to gem stones, check them out for those as well.
I heard a rumor that they will be opening a health and wellness center across the street (on Nebraska) and I can’t wait to do a massage followed by a float. I imagine that it will be the ultimate state of relaxation!!!

My friend Stacy Z. And I walked in here because we were in the area checking to see if next door Mermaid Tavern was open. From looking at the reviews, we were intrigued to check this place out.
From the outside, you would never know what all is inside. When you first come in, you are greeted by a very nice owner. He’s been open for a few months.
He has a bunch of different gems and rocks, and an oxygen bar.
Little do you know though, he has the only float tank in Tampa. I, for one never heard of this, a sensory deprivation tank. My friend does.
Take an hour or an hour and a half of your time, and go into this tank filled with water and Epsom salt. You will float, and you will relax, and feel brand new. Hmm, I do not know, but I’m reading more about this.
If this is something, you have done and or want to do, check it out. It is interesting to me. I may try it in the future. So far, I give this place 4 stars for the owner informing me in such a way that shows how much passion he has for this.

I’ve been there and it’s fanatic. I’m not a big fan of gems but floating was an amazing experience. It’s a sense deprivation chamber where you have time to listen to your own thoughts. Everybody should experience it at least once and check out for themselves.

My first float experience and it was amazing! Place is spacious and clean with a really cool shop in front. They only have one tank as of now so appointments are suggested. I literally felt like my entire body was «healed» of little aches and pains I didn’t even know were there. I just felt all over so refreshed. I will definitely be back and hope to make it a weekly visit!

First time floating and it was exactly what I needed to relax my mind and body from my stressful lifestyle! The staff is so lovely and down to earth and tons of crystal inventory. Definitely something to make time for. ^.^

I was fortunate to float @ Sacred Floats & Gems within the first two weeks of its opening. Booking was smooth and the staff who greeted me for my appointment was friendly and attentive. I mostly knew the routine having floated before.
The overall experience was terrific and my float was fantastic.
I was in contact with the management after my float who are still refining things at the center. The tank though is good to go which was the primary reason for my visit.
I recommend floating to almost everyone. It’s really something that has to be experienced.
