I had friends and family coming over for the Thanksgiving weekend! I called and asked, even though it was the day before Thanksgiving could they Please squeeze me in for cleaning and chemical flush! Not only did they make it but were very happy to take care of the request for me!

The only words I can use to describe Sharper Image Pools is unethical and unprofessional. There are too many things to list here that they did wrong… just be fair warned. To the person who said they didnt show for their appt. …be happy, you dodged a bullet!

I hired Sharper Image Pools to remodel my pool and do my back yard project. They completed the remodel in the amount of time they said they would, even with all the rain I had. My pool had alot of complicated issues and they were professional and had alot of experienced people who were craftsmen at the job they performed. I am pretty happy with this company and would recomend them. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I feel it was worth spending a little more since they were in business for over 20 years and still around. I have delt with other company’s who didnt stay in business long enough to even warranty what I bought from them so this was a plus. The owner and his manager actuallky visited my house in addition to the superviser on the job.

Worse experience ever! Three attempts, still no quote. Called an requested a quote (loved the crying baby in the background). Three days later no sales person called. Called to complain so I finally got a call back. Then scheduled an apt time only to be no called no showed. Thank you Anthony for wasting my entire day! I guess they are to busy for my business so I will take it elsewhere.
