Business Owner

She received her BFA from the Savannah College of Art & Design in video and film production and uses her highly specialized creative and organizational skills in the real estate industry. She grew up in a family of real estate investors, entrepreneurs, is the daughter of a retired architect, and her mother was the VP of the once notable publishing company for Southern Homes in the 80’s and 90’s. Sophia is the wife of one of Tampa’s notable contemporary artists, Edgar Sanchez Cumbas. She an active mother, blogger, enjoys yoga, the arts, outdoor adventures, and seeking balance in life. Sophia and her family are long time residents of Davis Islands and appreciate the relaxed waterfront living that it offers.

Sophia has worked with myself and my business partner on three purchases and a sale, and had our back every step of the way. She is particularly expert in identifying great properties in Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, and other up and coming neighborhoods north of downtown. Friendly, attentive, and well-​versed. When all the steps of home-​buying were too much for me to handle, Sophia was always there to carry the load.
FWIW it appears that one of the reviewers here inadvertently posted a review for someone named «Cristina» to this account (whom they obviously had a poor experience with). To say nothing of the validity of the reviewer’s comments, this is not an associate of Sophia’s, and is not at all involved in her practice.
