Total scumbag operation! We showed up to pick our car up at 1:30am after it had been towed. We were told it was $ 175 to get it out and payment is cash only. The ATM onsite didn’t work and they suggested that we walk a mile through the sketchy neighborhood at 1:30am to get cash. They said it would be the same price if we picked it up in the morning so we just left,
We came back in the morning to pick up our car and we ended up waiting an hour because our car was blocked in and they didn’t have a driver to move the parked cars. When the driver finally got there, they forced us to pay $ 225 and stated that the people the night before were wrong. Totally classless scumbag operation all around. We will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

not that i was expecting much when dealing with a towing company, but they towed my car out of the front of my condo which I own. Then they quoted me 180 for the tow, then charged 310 when i arrived. Because the car is registered under my father they said they need him present OR have to fill out a couple of forms (with notary present) and physically mail it in. No fax or email is acceptable.
Dealt with a lady named Cindy who was so unhelpful and rude it was almost comical. Im sure this is business as usual for them, but really doesn’t seem fair agreeing on one rate then charging another. I did call the police and they said I would have to take legal action against them, they couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t have made it more difficult if they tried.

Not cool to hire rude employees. What kind of company hires someone who drives recklessly and shouts obscenities? Not a respectable company, that’s for sure. I wouldn’t trust this company with my worst enemies car, let alone trust this driver on the streets REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY. Here’s hoping they’re smart enough to require that employee to APOLOGIZE to the person they cut off/​yelled at/​flipped the bird at before this blows up all over the Internet and this company goes out of business. (But judging by the reviews, it looks like no one would miss this company if it did tank)

Never used them and never will. I’ve had similar issues with their drivers on the same road. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same driver. Flicked me off but didn’t have the balls to try with me what he did with the other guy. Rude and apparently ignorant company. With so many other competitors, go elsewhere!!!

What a disgraceful company. A friend of mine encountered a driver for this company hop a curb and almost hit him while flicking him off and saying disgusting things to him. When going to the manager he gave no apologies and told him that he shouldn’t try and ruin this companies image over what that employee did. I have some news for that manager, my friend isn’t ruining your image, YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE. Let me tell you a little something about guest service since it seems you are LACKING those skills. Word of mouth is one of the most important things when it comes to marketing your business. If someone has a good experience with you they will only tell a handful, if they have a bad one you can guarantee they will tell anyone and everyone. That is how it goes. Then their friends tell their friends and eventually everyone knows what a terrible company you are. Work on your service skills. As a manager you should have apologized to the person that didn’t ask to be berated in public while he was innocently driving his car. Work on your guest service before you’re out of business because of it. That is YOUR fault and only yours. In the future, if anyone comes to you with a complain over something your employee did, you need to listen and act accordingly. That will prevent the person who you’ve harmed from spreading what a horrible company you are.

Worst customer service ever. Went on a wild goosehunt for my car that got towed last night and I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated. The representative answers saying «towing service» so his company remains nameless and he proceeded to hang up with me more than one time. It was like the call dropped and then he did it again. Also tried to pretend like he is the manager. Disgusted by this treatment.

Wish I could give a 0 star. This piece of trash started towing my car WHILE I WAS STANDING NEXT TO THE CAR. I was trying to load some items into my car and he tried to quickly back in his truck and take my car while I was carrying things… in spite of me telling him I would move the car. Then he held my car there until I could go get cash for him to put it back down.
There aren’t enough four letter words in the English language for me to convey what a low life this guy was. I hope he — and his scummy company — get what’s coming to them from the BBB.

Complete scumbags here! Towed a friends car Saturday night in front of my condo. Went to pick it up and and guy who came out started flipping out and cursing, never seen such trash is my life. Took them 45 minutes to release the car and the guy wanted $ 185 cash, said over night fees, Weekend fees, blah blah blah fee. Car was towed at 9pm we picked it up at 11, so why the over night charge?

Nobody likes being towed. No one appears to know what’s going on and it took about an hour in the heat to finally get my car with only one other person there. Cash only.
