I have used Tampa Printer for years now, both for producing advertising and collateral materials for my own business endeavors, as well as those of my clients. A great thing about Tampa Printer is that you have a lot of flexibility between choosing to get something done fast and cheap, or letting them produce it with as much quality as you could get at any reputable print shop. There have been many times I needed something done last minute and the options Tampa Printer gives for for adding my job onto another to get it done quick has really saved me.
The quality of work and customer service have always been good and they are the first place I go to get pricing and options when I need something done locally. There may be higher-​end printers that can do the fancy stuff better, but TP is a rock solid option for when you have a business to run and just need someone reliable to get your printing done quickly.

Worst printing service I’ve ever used.
After being referred to this company by several friends and business associates, I was really excited about the quote they gave me for a small job, but ended up having a terrible experience with their staff (receptionist, manager and salesman). At this point I am incredibly angry and felt compelled to warn future customers about the terrible experience I encountered at Tampa Printing Company. Everyone I have talked to was rude, condescending and unhelpful.

After receiving an email to pick up my order, I was turned away because my order was damaged during production and that the next round of printing will take place on Friday. To my dismay, I was told that my order will not be included in that round because there were «other orders beside mine» and that it may be available on Monday or Tuesday. I was not satisfied with this response so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager informed me that he couldn’t guarantee a day because he «wasn’t guaranteed to be alive.» At this point I had enough of the condescending and horrible customer service and requested a refund. I was told there by the manager there were no refunds even though he contradicted the reception who informed me about their refund policy. Today I contacted my salesman to inform him of my experience but it was evident after our call that customer service is nonexistent at this company. Therefore I will be taking my future orders to another company and I will tell my friends and associates to do the same.

What kind of company claiming to have «helpful customer service staff led by seasoned veterans of the printing industry» be so dismissive and unresponsive to customers?
