Premiere Properties Vacation Home Reservations

My family rented from Première Properties Vacation Home Reservations and chose the Adobe de Eototo house. We stayed for 4 days in late July 2013. It is a beautiful home that is decorated with the owner’s artwork. Pieces of her artwork in the home are for sale. The house sleeps eleven people. I do not care for trundle beds so I would say it sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms that are very nice and private. The ½ bedroom is not private and is more like an open and wide hallway next to another bedroom. There are three bathrooms and all had decent water pressure. Like most homes in the Taos area. The home does not have air conditioning. However leaving the windows open along with the use of fans and it stays cool. The house has a big living room and a variety of games, magazines and books on hand. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle cooking for a large group of people. Along with a grill to cookout with a large outside dining area and indoor dining table. The views all around the house are just breathtaking and peaceful. There is also a hot tub located outside. There were a few problems with the house. One of the doors would not lock again after I opened it, the cookout grill was filthy, the handle to the open room shower fell off when a person tried to use it and the television had no reception. We reported these problems to the caretaker of the house immediately but they were not fixed during our stay. The layout of the house is all one level and every part of the home itself is wheelchair accessible. The gravel around the home was tricky to maneuver but we just parked in the garage so I could avoid it. The Adobe de Eototo house is located on a street that is off of Blueberry Hill Road. It is within reasonable driving distance to the Ski Lodge, Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, shops and restaurants. We were also close to where we went ballooning. If we had time we would have gone rafting too. So there is a lot to do around the area. I enjoyed spending quality time with my family in the home as well as getting out and about the Taos area.
