History
Established in 2010.
Master Chef Suklyun Lee aspired to raising young Koreans on the significance of nutrition and effectiveness of using cuisine to apply traditional Korean values. Her academy in Daegu (daegucooking.com), in 1971, aided her in achieving her goals.
Master Chef Lee continued her dream, appearing on radio and as an instructor for Samsung-sponsored cooking programs. Sinobi’s menu is Suklyun Lee’s arrangement, developed over years of appearances on KBS channels in the 1980 – 1990’s.
Currently, Master Chef Lee’s dream is to sponsor similarly trained chefs in the United States, utilizing Japanese/Korean fusion cuisine to educate and nourish Americans. Her son, Kyung-shick Choi, has made this dream possible, establishing Sinobi HQ in Tarentum PA, run by the talented and similarly ambitious chef Imsub Lee, a prized student of Suklyun Lee.
Owner Chef Imsub Lee leads the Sinobi team with culinary genius, brilliantly executing the Master Chef’s dreams through exceptional cuisine.
