I scratched my car and needed to have two doors replaced. I was referred to Elite by another trusted local mechanic in Tarrytown. Sam and Al at Elite are great people. They worked well with the insurance, finished the car in a timely fashion and did great work. In my particular case, they needed to paint the new doors to match my car. The work was superb, everything matched perfectly. Sam dealt directly with the insurance people, which saved me a lot of time and headache.
I had an incident at the end where the insurance company forgot to mail my payment check. I called Sam and told him that I needed a few more days to pick up the car and pay him. He was so understanding and I really appreciated that.
When we take the cars to repair shops, we are all a little weary of the repair shops’ trustworthiness. In this case, I felt that Sam was an honest and fair guy. He recommended me to skip work that didn’t add much value. Thank you, Elite!
