Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy was formed in 2001. Susan French has an MA in Counseling Psychology and is certified in Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy. She is a sole practitioner.

She studied at a 1 year hypnotherapy college which included 60 clinical hours (HMI) and maintains certifications in Pain Management, NLP, Addiction and Substance Abuse, Panic Disorders and PTSD, Eating Disorders, Alcohol Abuse, Trauma, Weight Management, Smoking Cessation.

She maintains membership in many professional hypnosis associations, including the NGH, AHA, IMHO, AAPA, .

She formed a successful international hypnotherapy practice via distance technology and has a busy office in Tarzana, CA.

She sees clients on-​on-​one and also provides economical hypnotherapy group sessions.

She is a member of the Woodland Hills-​Tarzana Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

Business Owner

Susan French has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Ryokan University. She received her certifications in hypnotherapy at HMI in Tarzana. HMI has the only one-​year hypnotherapy training program in the US and includes 60 clinical/​residency hours.

She is a addictions and substance abuse counselor (25 years). In the first half of her adult life she was a music and vocal instructor, well-​known in the Los Angeles area for her success with professional singers.

She has been a speaker, author and educator for 35 years.
