This is a nice place to eat ice cream, but the service is pretty bad. It is a very small place which i really hate

I really like this place when the manager isn’t around. All the time I go, the manager is the only one there and he sucks so bad at making a recess peanut buttercup sundae. He always but always adds Caramel instead of the actual peanut butter which upsets me so bad because I pay for a peanut butter cup and not a caramel cup. Besides the fact of his poor effort, He does not smile at all, it seems like he hates his job so bad. The only reason I didn’t not give it a one star is because all the employees are very nice and fast and are true to the portions and peanut buttercup sundaes.

Rip off. Do not supportt this location! The owner makes his employees use a kids small scooper when you order ice cream sundaes! This owner does NOT give regular scoops when you pay $ 5+ for an ice cream sundae. The owner actually said this to me «you get smaller scoops because we put toppings on it»! I’ve been going to Baskin Robbins since I was a child and never came across this ridiculous, rip customers off to save money sham! I Will never go back there again. I enjoy my Baskin Robbins at other locations and will never go back to this location again! I only went in because I was in the area and I feel people should know when they’re getting ripped off! No other Baskin Robbins location, that I’ve been to, has tried this sham. You get regular scoops with ice cream sundaes period! Just not at this guys store so don’t go!

jamoca almond fudge is my go-​to treat at baskin robins. When I feel really daring I ask for hot fudge on top. It’s definitely cheaper to just buy ice cream by the gallon but it’s not as fun as going to the ice cream parlor on a hot summer day. I subtracted a star because of the place not having a restroom, it’s a little cramped in there, and there’s no new innovations but 4 stars for a classic ice cream shop.

I literally just left this baskin Robbins about 10 minutes ago and the first thing I had to do was write a review for this place so I can warn others. The staff are rude and don’t even say hi and they give you baby scoops for high prices! I came in with a coupon that I received in the mail from them for two scoop sundae. This photo shows you exactly what I got for $ 3.26 and this was «suppose» to be two scoops. She said it’s usually $ 4.16… So I guess I get cheated because THEY sent me the coupon. Wow never coming here again they always cheat you with the icecream here.

Bad service and small scoops… not true to size or as to what is advertised. Do not come here if you actually want a decent scoops & service.

Have loved B&R ice cream since I was a kid. Still do! Staff is friendly and good. Place is run down and dirty.

You’re typical ice cream patrol! They have a huge selection of 31 flavors of ice cream to choose from. They also have pre packed ice creams to buy by the pint. There ice cream cake case always seem to be pretty packed with different flavors and decorations.
The cleanness and customer service is okay. They don’t really ask if you need a sample of the ice cream your looking or drooling over. They expect you to know what you want by just reading the description on the glass. I wish the girls that were working tonight, could’ve been a bit friendly and more interactive with their customers.
The only reason I was here was because, ice cream during this cold and chilly weather makes it taste better! FYI: every 31^st of the month their ice cream is $ 1.31 a scoop!

31 flavors of ICE CREAM! Every time I get my ice cream, I think of Eddie Murphy in his comedy sketch when he was a little kid taunting other kids for not being able to afford it or their mom not allowing to get them one. =D

As a child I use to go with my parents to Baskin Robbins all over the Valley up to Glendale. I wondered why it wasn’t so popular any more, we’ll went not to long ago and realized why. First there customer service is horrible, they need to reevaluate who they hire. behind that counter. Knowledge of ice cream was awful, it’s ice cream so can’t be too hard. I went in with my kids to order some ice cream. Extremely expensive now I know why Yogurt land and Menchies are more popular and doing well. More than half the price. Time for a face-​lift Baskin Robbins and Hire better quality employees.

Friendly staff, great service and good prices. I drive here from Northridge because it’s the best Baskin Robbins in the Valley. They also have a great selection of cakes.

This location was closed on Saturday afternoon — what? Really. I had a tight deadline and was in need of an ice cream cake, think I will skip this location in the future.
Bad parking situation, bad customer service, I can’t think of any reason to return.

This ice cream shop has been around since I can remember but slowly the place being rib down and customer service has gotten bad ! Parking is not worth the service ! Management before had better control of staff !

These folks are JUST AS COLD AS THEIR ICE-CREAM…Its simply there cultural nature so don’t bother trying to be friendly or say hello… Yep, I was the first one to say hello…
This place was great 20 years ago. Now it’s robbing folks to stay open.
Yesterday, when we went To Use the ENTERTAINMENT BOOK’s Baskin’s Robbins Coupon for a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE SUNDAE… Unfriendly employee saw the coupon in our hands, made the three scoops sundaes then told us, «We don’t participate».
I have used these SAME COUPONS FROM THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY ENTERTAINMENT BOOK year after year at this establishment.

Went to get a milkshake yesterday and got one made with delicious sour milk. The workers were quite nice and remade it, but even the new shake didn’t quite taste right.

RUDE Customer service! I called and wanted to order a ice cream cake for my Son and the girl who answered the phone was rude! I asked if I could order a ice cream cake and her first response was «we can’t help you right now, please call back in 10 minutes! Really!!» So don’t go to this Baskin Robbins bad customer service! Terrible!

So i went in on Monday around 7pm, i was in need of a cake and i mean with an ice cream cake you just cant go wrong. Everyone loves ice cream cake.
So first off they get 1 star for actually having a decent amount of option for ice cream cakes.
Then there was 2 girl working there when we walked in no one said hi till i was almost towards the back of the store no biggie i don’t expect you to praise me when i walk in. So only one of the girls actually asked if i needed help.
Then i go to the register and the same girl from earlier actually helped me out to put the whole Happy Birthday thing on the cake really nice girl.
Now here comes the part that really made me be wowed… as I’m getting ready to pay i stand at the register for about 5 min and the other girl who had not acknowledged i had been in the store for almost 10 min already finally goes up to the register but doesn’t say a word to me but is definitely chatting it up with a friend over the phone. LIKE REALLY AREN’T YOU SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING!!! So she stands there takes the stuff i had picked up and charges me while shes still chatting it up then i tell her i actually want ice cream. She says OK but then stands there and keeps talking on the phone so i wait another 5 min just to get my 1 scoop of ice cream.
So she finally hangs up and decide now she can help me out after i had already told her what i needed.
BOTTOM LINE THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (except for the other girl who isn’t at fault here) YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE EMPLOYEES ARE READY TO HELP YOU IN ORDER TO GET WHAT YOU WANT.
They get 2 stars just because i found what i was looking for and that one girl actually was of help because if it wasn’t for that they’d probably get a 1 star!

All Baskin-​Robbins are pretty much the same. However, the set up of this particular location is AWFUL! It’s so small that you have to brush up againt people in order to walk around them.
1 star for the nice ladies that work here. They always greet me warmly and answer any questions that I may have.
1 star for the 2 pre-​packed quarts for $ 9 deal!
This location is within walking distance for me, so I will continue to come here.
FYI: this location has a posted sign that they charge $ 0.49 for using a credit/​debit card. Boooooooo!

Meh @ this Baskin Robbins.
Went to High School down the street @ CES a lifetime ago and used to live down the street.
The location is really small, the customer service was sometimes good, sometimes bad.
Their prices are ridiculous high, usually $ 2-​$ 3 higher for their «Two Pre Packed Quarts» special then the one on Victory+Fulton and it rivals the prices of the pricey Ventura+Noble location.
