First time buyers are my specialty! I am well versed in FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo and Commercial loans. Some of my niche products are No Fee Refinances, Low Cost Purchase loans, FHA 203k loans, ½% down loans, 10% down JUMBO loans, FHA Condo Approval for FHA financing of a Condo/​Townhome and Conventional remodeling loans.

I have been a in the Real Estate Finance business since 2002. I first became a licensed Real Estate Agent/​Mortgage Loan Originator in 2004. My ability to stand out from my competition has been my desire to provide simple, honest and exceptional service.

I am a Husband, Father, Brother, Son, Coach, Neighbor and Friend. I see people in similar terms. My goal is to treat my clients as if they relate to me in similar terms. I find that this simple approach makes it easy to do what’s best and what’s right for all of my clients.

I have been in the Real Estate and Finance Field since 2002. I have lived in the West Hills area of Los Angeles since 1995.

I share a lovely home with my wife and three kids. Some of our favorite activities are to entertain friends and family at our home. My wife loves to plan parties and events for the kids and their friends. Our annual Halloween, Easter and Thanks Giving parties are always a hit.

Our kids are active in Tae Kwon Do, Volleyball, Baseball, Theater and Dance. Both my wife and I volunteer our time as coaches, helpers and in some cases board members.

I love being a neighbor of the West Hills/​Woodland Hills area and support local activities as much as possible.

Some of my hobbies include mountain biking and playing with my kids (the best physical activity).

My wife and I were interested in refinancing our home loan. We had a conventional 30 year loan and wanted to shorten the term. 15 years is the next typical term length but we weren’t sure if we could mange a payment on a 15 year loan.
We shopped around, including searching through mortgage brokers on Unilocal,and asked for 15 and 20 year rates. Dan was very responsive and honest. He provided us with a slightly lower rate than that quoted by a few others but nothing that seemed to good to be true.
We were very happy we were able to get a 20 year loan with the same payment as our 30 year loan. Dan also said he would refund us the appraisal fee, which he did when the loan funded/​closed.
Throughout the process Dan was very responsive to both phone calls and emails. He is also very proactive and would call and/​or email if he needed anything from us.
I was surprised how quick the process was. We had refinanced once before and I remember it taking longer. I initially contacted Dan at the very end of July. The process was over by September 1st, so it only took one month. Dan also had a notary come to our home with all the paperwork that needed to be signed and notarized. This was very convenient.
Overall, Dan made our refinance a quick and painless one and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is thinking about refinancing.

Dan is the best at what he does. We have refinanced twice with Dan and he has been amazing both times. Our first refinance was a few years ago and went really quick and painless. This one was a bit tougher and I know Dan worked extremely hard to get us a great rate and drop our PMI. I would recommend Dan to anyone purchasing a new home or trying to refinance.

I was buying my first home and to say that Dan was helpful is an understatement. Our Real Estate agent actually left the country while we were in escrow. Dan was able to answer our questions not just about the loan process but about every part of the escrow. As a first time buyer we had a ton of questions and Dan was always there to answer everything quickly and help us to the close of escrow. Dan was able to easily calm us down during that extremely stressful life event.

I came to Daniel after checking with Quicken Loans (their website has a mind of its own and their reps call you faster than a blink of an eye) and Chase Home Loans. What I liked about Daniel was his willingness to work with me to get the absolute best rate. He gave me his honest opinion about where he felt the rates were going in the coming weeks and was able to secure what I felt was the best possible option.
I felt really comfortable refinancing my mortgage with him and he explained everything to me as we went through the process. I highly recommend Daniel, his staff, and the escrow company he partners with. Everyone in the chain did a great job of listening to me and following through on their end.
As a mini case study, my existing mortgage company was a real pain for him to deal with. What I respected the most was his honesty and communication skills, this is a rarity in today’s society. He reached out and asked for some information that was hard for him to acquire from my previous mortgage processor and luckily I was able to provide it and keep the closing process on schedule.

Five stars hardly does Dan justice. I don’t think a Unilocal review could ever do Dan justice.
As a business owner my financials are somewhat more complicated than the average person. Combine that with a very difficult seller, insane real estate agents, a jumbo loan, and an Escrow starting on Thanksgiving and ending the day after Christmas and you have a recipe for disaster.
I will probably never know the entire extent to how hard Dan worked to close my loan, but I can say that without his professionalism and diligence my Fiancé and I would not be moving into our new house.

I’ve had chance to work with Dan twice to help me as my mortgage broker. In both cases, my wife and I have had some difficulty working through the approval process (not because we didn’t have good credit, but because changing employment making paper work more complicated and because we were purchasing during the xmas holidays). Dan knows the process well and was able to help us get very competitive rates and managed to get through the process real efficiently. This was extremely helpful especially in a time when buyers are competing against many other buyers and sellers are looking for short closing time periods. I would not hesitate to use Dan again!
