I’ve been coming here for many years and it’s the best nail salon i have ever been too! Connie is a sweetheart and she’s always pleasing her customers. They do a great job and my nails last! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a friendly, social, and great environment.

This place is great! Their mood is always uplifting and the prices are reasonable. Pretty good selection of colors too.

This place is a joke right out of a movie where you find everything in a place of business that doesn’t belong! They are frauds! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. They had a serving table in middle of the place with fried chicken fruits cheese where everyone (employees) would walk by eat with their hands & without washing go do a mani or pedi! DISGUSTING! They are so rude inattentive unprofessional & dirty as can be. you expect exactly the opposite from a nail salon. They try to be cute & serve wine & the old man that was there spilled his all over my white Chanel bag!!! Not one of these people at this gross place came to see or check if I was okay!!! Fuck this place & it’s dirty ass workers. I was with a friend that was getting her nails done & observed all this whilst waiting for her. Rest assure she will not be going back!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. It was my second time with the same male technician who has no idea what he is doing. I came in to get gel, showed him the color, told him the number of the gel color. I see that he was fumbling around with the gel samples, I should have known something sketchy was happening. He does the first coat and it’s not the color I asked for. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. I was treated like my service didn’t matter, lady who did my pedicure did it in 10 minutes. Then I ask the man to make my manicure round and each time I repeated I need it more round he laughed. Then he did not remove a SINGLE cuticle. By the time all of this happened I wasn’t going to argue that he didn’t have the color I wanted, didn’t tell me and at the end had the nerve to ask me if I liked the color and laugh AGAIN. This is absolutely disgusting and my nails look awful. He painted over my cuticles, who even does that and picked a color himself when I specifically told him the one I wanted AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME! I left pissed and gave a bad tip, probably shouldn’t have given one at all. Worst salon in the valley, learn from my mistake.

I love my girls Raquel and Mindy! They have been doing my nails for 8 years, and coming here feels like visiting family. They are so sweet and do a wonderful job! If they weren’t as good as they are I wouldn’t keep coming back. I’m a hair dresser, and am very detail oriented, so its important to me to be somewhere where they are too. After Raquel is done with my pedicure I feel like I have new feet! Mindy is very delicate with her manicures and has never cut me or taken too much off my cuticles. Go see Raquel and Mindy! Seriously, they are awesome!

Two stars are for my male pedicure technician he actually had skills
Zero stars for the awful woman who butchered my hands and demolished my cuticles :(yuck so annoyed as there was no skill or technique

I came here on the recommendation of a friend. In reading Unilocal reviews, I have come to the conclusion consistently good nail salons are hard to find. I stay with Elegant Nails because #1 – hygiene. The tools in the sterilization packs are always sealed. If you read a lot of Unilocal reviews cleanliness is not consistent across parlors even though they have licenses. Maybe we should all call the Department of Consumer Affairs when we find dirty salons. #2 the acrylic powder is good quality. With most places the sides start chipping in less than a week and I’m constantly filing to keep from snagging the nail. #3 easy to get services.

This place is the worst nail shop I have ever been to. The owner «Connie» is a bitch… she pushed me and told me if their shop doesnt make me happy try finding a place that does!!! When I refused to pay she stood in front if the Door screaming in my face saying she was gonna call the cops, wanted to leave but I couldnt. I will Drive to canoga park from now on, dont care that it is miles from my house.

Everytime I go to elegant nails, I leave disappointed. The only manicurist I recommend is Connie, she’s great. As for the other ladies, they usually do a quick and messy job.

First time here… got a manicure/​pedicure. $ 23…not bad. You can do spa for $ 28. They were fast but a little sloppy. Didn’t clean my nails around the edges after they were done. Didn’t even give me time to dry my nails and put on my shoes right away. But not a bad nail job overall for the price.

I love elegant nails! all the ladies are super sweet, its sanitary & they do great waxing on my eyebrows.
