Get Pro Locksmith

I was locked out recently from my apartment and needed back in because I had a flight to catch. Sean was out to me within 20 minutes and had my door open within another few minutes. He is polite, professional and industrious. I highly recommend using these guys because I have had bad experiences with other locksmiths that have tried to overcharge me. I was not overcharged and I was provided with a great service and experience.

I was visiting in Los Angeles last week for work purpose and i got rental car Toyota SUV from my work and i lost my keys, i called different companies and they give my starting price of $ 120 but get pro locksmith gave me the price over the phone and that was final price.
The guy came quickly and he was very professional doing my key.
I am happy that i find this company in LA in case i visit again i will defiantly use them.

The guy was professional and came to in 20min as promised. He was able to fix my existing lock, it save me a lot of money. Very recommended to use this company.

Good service, he came 15 min after call and make key to my Honda car in less than 30min.
The company stand behind the price that they gave me over the phone.

As company that provide our customers direct service we always on Top of the time, but because it’s came from different company that we sub contractor we can’t know what was your first time when you call fidelity Locksmith because we are not receiving those information.
As what i can tell this day was weekend at night and it was Holiday as New Year (Rosh Hassana) and 90% of the technician are off. so when i received your job to my board i didn’t have any tech in your location but myself Sean the owner of Get Pro Locksmith come to service you and get you inside your house.
In regard to the price we have price list from our sub contractors we getting the job and as like other company we stand by the list price and not rise it like other companies.
in regard to the lock in most of the knob we can pick the lock and 10−20% it’s not success and i was trying to pick your lock before to save you cost for new lock but in your case i needed to pop it barbecue of the condition of the lock.
Please understand that we are here to service you and not other. again i am sorry you feel like that and i hope i can do anything to make you feel different.

«I am sorry, but you are lying.
1) I called on Monday, not on the weekend. When I called, it was not late, you got there late. That is not my problem. My statement has the date printed on it and Fidelity should have relayed the time I called to you or you should have asked.
2) I should have been informed of the price difference, and that you were the ones coming, before you ever got to my house. If it’s Rosh Hashanah, and 90% of your employees are off, that is your issue, not mine. Diversify your workforce.
3) You didn’t come out to perform the service. One of your other locksmiths, Jerry, did. He wrote his name and number down for me, and he doesn’t look anything like you.
4) My door and lock were BRAND NEW. I still have the paperwork. We just moved in and redid all of the doors on the house. Therefore, the „condition“ of the lock was fine. And if you had problems with the front door, there was always the sliding door which had also just been replaced.
5) I already told you what I wanted. I want a $ 100 refund.
Additionally, I want you to be honest and be accountable for your actions and those of your employees. So far, you haven’t been, and instead have made every effort to deflect and deny.
Clearly you are not going to be truthful (or you can’t even find me in your records, which is also disturbing), or accept responsibility. Based on this last message from you I cannot recommend your services to anyone and I hope others read this review before calling you.»

Sean is a great man and is very helpful! He helped me when I lost my car keys he came to my location and immediately started working on a new key. Then a week later I called him again to add a remote and again he came as soon as he was available and installed the remote. Sean is available ²⁴⁄₇ so when your stuck and find yourself stranded he is the guy to call. I’m so glad I found him!

I have had the privilege of being well taken care of thanks to the locksmiths who run this company.
I had lost my car keys in LA overnight with no spare and no AAA membership at 4 in the morning. Think you’ve hit rock bottom now, right? Think again.
I was rescued by two employees the following day who went above and beyond to assist me in creating a new key (and spare key) for my VW Jetta. For those who don’t know, it’s a tricky, case sensitive key that isn’t simple to remake a duplicate. Instead, one of the men had to drive out of his way to a city so out of his zone, in prime-​time traffic, in order to pick up the proper chip to program the key. The other man also made the trek when he was delayed as the other was on his way, and still proceeded to meet me.
Truly caring, hospitable and humble men who are masters of their craft and will take things to the next level to satisfy your needs and make sure you are 100% happy with the result from beginning to end.
I express my gratitude to them for a safe and pleasant experience.

I highly recommend using Get Pro Locksmith! Sean came in 10 minutes. He opened our door quickly for a great price. Other places were charging anywhere from $ 300-​$ 500. So glad we called them!

Shawn is the man! Fixed a few broken locks at my home that were not working properly. He made it all work off of one key. Also customized my office security with locks and installed security cameras with networking and the whole deal. I can check on my employees and office at night on my iPhone .
Previous poster wrote that he’s handsome. Being bald I am jealous of his hair. Great service.
