History

Established in 1987.

I started my Real Estate career in 1987 as a Real Estate Agent. For the last 26 years, I have sold many homes in Encino, Tarzana, Reseda, Woodland Hills and the surrounding areas. I’ve sold many standard sales, foreclosures, short sales, and probates. She has also sold many commercial properties, such as shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and other commercial real estate in California and Nevada.

I have always had pride in myself for striving to provide the highest quality Seller and Buyer representation, and have a great staff providing me all the necessary tools for marketing and locating properties. I have the ability to provide special client services, access to the most updated databases, owners have the ability to choose various marketing assignments, I have a full scale marketing and research team with marketing techniques to serve the Seller and Buyer, and I love exceeding client expectations.

I attended the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands and graduated in 1984. Coming from the Netherlands, I grew up speaking 5 languages. In 1986 I chose to live in the Los Angeles area and in 1987 received my California Real Estate License. I have received many awards during my more than 25 years of Experience. In 2010, I also received my degree in Paralegal Studies with concentration on Corporations and Litigation at UCLA.

Currently I am working with Remax Grand in Tarzana, CA and specialize in Commercial as well as Residential Real Estate. With over 25 years experience, I’ve sold many shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and residential homes in California and other states. I have also sold many foreclosed properties, negotiated over one hundred short sales, and have been one of the top producers at Re/​Max. In 2008 I received the National Outstanding Achievement award for the top 5% agents of Re/​Max Nationwide.
