Being a business owner and Yelp user I consistently read what people write on other livery companies. «WOW…Does it get any worse?» Reviews, customers write are not only negative, they are frightening! Cars don’t show up, filthy, rude drivers, hidden charges, etc… Are there any companies left to compete with? I’m not taking about price I’m referring to SERVICE. Companies are not only not going extra mile for client, they are not moving an inch to make it better and turn negative review into positive. Most bad feedbacks are written on companies that offer cheap rates and heavy discounts. «How can service be discounted! Should I pay less to professional chauffeur who bring clients back for more?, Can I pay less for fuel?, Should I stop washing vehicles?, Pay less insurance?» Car has price — Service has cost. DO NOT use this service. Very unprofessional, dishonest and fraudulent. They will charge you even if services are not rendered. You cannot cancel or you will be charged and lied to. They will not refund your money, nor offer a credit. They do not have a billing department. I was a first and last time customer!

I booked a car for a service from Irvine to Laguna Beach, then return and take us back to the hotel later in the day, for July 4th.
Made note to the company in the notifications to this specification. Got a confirmation ($ 273)
and was NOT NOTIFIED that both trips would NOT be in the contract.
On the day of the trip, I still hadn’t had a phone confirmation and had to call the company.
Luckily, they still had our reservation. The customer service person didn’t verify the service I had purchased, either. Rather vague… not what I am used to with this kind of transportation service.
Only when the driver was told to pick us up later was I NOTIFIED, by the OWNER, KONSTINTIN, via email, and phone mail. that we didn’t have a return trip! And, he would charge us the same outrageous price to pick us up.
I was over a barrel and had to pay the price. What a huge mistake!
If it were not for Alex, the driver, we would have been stranded.
What ever happened to the concept of customer service? When I stated that I needed service to Laguna and back in my comments, shouldn’t someone at the company have contacted me? Does anyone READ the comments? DO THEY CARE???
AND, shouldn’t there have been a call the day before confirming the reservation, and the details?
I would NEVER recommend this service. EVER, EVER. Beware!

drop off at airport was fine but the pick up was a disaster. Driver was not there at the terminal, had to wait curbside with two young children for too long. Then the driver made some wrong turns at the airport further delaying our arrival at home. I sent an email to the company asking for a refund for the trip, but they sent an email basically wanting me to thank them for accomodating us. Thought i could find a reliable service to use, but über is always best i guess. I saw other passengers on our same flight get über cars faster than we got our car.

Horrible service. I booked a car through their website for $ 117, and they sent me an email that they are «modifying» that reservation for $ 224. When I called I was told that They did nothing wrong, that they won’t change their website, and will continue to lure people with the fake pricing. Cheaters. Run Away.

Super rude service telling me they have been in the industry for 17 years they know what they are talking about! They said every car company in LA has a 3hr minimum no company offers hourly services yet prior to calling them I called three other companies that did just to get competitive rates! Do you think people that take cars to LAX book it for three hours???
Customer Service goes a long way and being a jerk over the phone won’t get you very far!

I was very pleased with my experience yesterday 05-​01-​2014. My driver was extremely courteous and helpful. He was challenged by the 405 being shut down entirely (it was after midnight) and managed to get me home in super time. He was very professional.

I keep meaning to rate Gr8 Limo and finally got around to it! Our company came across this business when we had been let down for the last time by our last car service company. The prices quoted (and I say quoted, as the exact rates can and most likely will differ – as anyone who uses these types of business often SHOULD know by now.) are fair and reasonable. Konstantin and his team are great and easy to work with. Our confirmations are sent to us almost immediately for review (C’mon people, this is the reservation makers duty!). One more then one occasion, our shoots have ran late and his team has ALWAYS been more than understanding and patiently waited while we wrapped up. I have called at midnight to alert of a flight delay and was told they already knew and would be keeping an eye on the status to ensure my client was picked up on time, I have called an hour before a call time to schedule an emergency pick up and they worked it out for me, I have changed pick up times more than once and they have always been willing to work with me. Always on time, and dependable.
Would recommend to anyone who uses car services frequently in and around the LA area.

I am the individual who made the initial reservation.
First of all, let’s be clear — I did not «hire someone else» to call your company. The individual who called to make the complaint was our office manager. The client was our boss. As our boss was unhappy with your services, he placed our office manager in charge of calling your company and making the complaint. Your FALSE accusations are only hurting your company’s reputation (even more so).

Had you approached the situation in a more professional manner over the phone, we would’ve refrained from posting a negative review. It should have come as no surprise to you. We were open to compromising and resolving the situation. Unfortunately, you chose not to take that route. As I was standing in the same room during the entire conversation between you and my office manager, I couldn’t believe the manner in which you were handling the situation. You were argumentative, defensive and EXTREMELY RUDE.

One would expect nothing less than quality customer service from a «professional» business/​company. A business with quality customer service would have immediately offered to remedy the situation by any means possible. Instead, you insisted that we (as customers) were in the wrong, continued to argue with our office manager and even proceeded to HANG UP on us.
HORRIBLE customer service!

There’s more there than a confirmation number!
I’ve uses Gr8limo before and rated the car and driver an easy 4 – 5 stars… BUT, something has changed. It’s the billing model.
I called to book a pick up at LAX and was quoted a $ 75 rate to the peninsula, which is a fair rate. I was not told their confirmation email would contain additional charges not discussed, including an arbitrary gratuity. Remember when gratuities were based on service?
According to the same email, they give an allotted time for the driver to wait before you accrue additional charges… like «starting the meter.» SO, even though you provide your flight info so they can track it — like every professional car service — they will ultimately charge you if your flight is «too late.»
M wife and I frequently use car services in Mpls, Chicago and NY… no one bills like this let alone sneaks it into a confirmation email.

This company rocks. I’ve never been a great flier, despite having flown dozens of times, so I usually ask friends to take me to the airport so I have someone who can give me a pep talk beforehand. Unfortunately, I had to be out the door at 4:30AM for my recent flight to NYC, and I wasn’t about to ask any of my friends to wake up that early. I knew that a cab from my house would cost almost as much as a car service, so I opted for the more comfortable trip, and boy, am I glad I did. Constantine was right on time, helped me with my bags, and despite the early hour, he was cheerful and super warm and friendly. I admitted early in the ride that I was a nervous wreck about flying, so he spent the rest of the ride chatting with me and suggesting ways to make my flight more comfortable. I even found out that they could have arranged transportation for me from JFK to my hotel in NYC, which is a service I’ll definitely take them up on next time (and there WILL be a next time). Thanks again, Constantine, for a great send-​off to New York. You helped make the trip an awesome experience.

I used Constantine on a recent trip I had to Europe. I usually park at Wally Park when traveling – which is weekly – as the trips from my house in Thousand Oaks are costly but when traveling over 10 days I can rationalize the expense. My previous company I used went out of business and this was a real find. By far the most cost-​effective of the group and incredibly nice, on-​time and efficient. The car and the service were excellent and I’ll definitely use him again when the time calls for it.

We were thoroughly impressed with Constantine and his service. With all the craziness of planning a wedding, we neglected to book a car service until the Friday before and were likely going to drive ourselves to the church. I called Constantine the late Friday afternoon before our Sunday wedding and booked an excellent deal! He does do single rides, unlike a lot of limo places that we saw, is available 24⁄7 to answer your call (or someone from his company is) and was pleasant and prompt. The towncar that we were in was beautiful and immaculate. The only thing I would note is this — if you book a single ride, don’t be late because you will be charged for the extra time that they wait. We were fine with that when it happened, because hey, you can’t really put a price on taking extra pictures at the church, but it’s just something to keep in mind.

Wow!
My fiancé and I had a red-​eye flight to catch and thought it would be easy-​as-​pie to find an inexpensive taxi to take us to the airport. It turned out to be harder than we thought, so we took to Unilocal to see if we could find a reliable limo service at the last minute. Believe me, I know from experience, finding a reliable limo service that is actually a limo and not someone’s minivan is definitely hard.
Enter Constantine!
So we booked with Constantine for same-​day service from the Valley to LAX. He came 5 minutes early, dressed ever-​so-​dapper and professional in a suit, and politely introduced himself to us and shook hands. He took our luggage from the door to the car, and started making friendly conversation.
The car itself was immaculately clean, complete with ample leg room, complimentary bottles of water, and the option to use the radio if we chose to, we even had our own box of tissues (which is awesome for my allergy-​laden nose). Instead of the radio we took the opportunity to get to know our new-​found driver, and he is not only friendly, but super knowledgeable about his roads and even each airline and whether they tend to run early, late, or on-​time.
He got us to airport in exactly the amount of time he said it would take. No easy feat in Los Angeles.
We also booked him to pick us up from the airport when we got back. As soon as we walked out of the terminal, there he was holding the sign with our name on it! I have always wanted to arrive somewhere and see someone waiting for me with a sign, now I can check that off the list!
Again, he was the picture of professionalism in his suit, with a smile. He asked us how our trip was and we asked him about his family and his time while we were away.
From now on, if I ever need a driver for anything (and I know I will), I will ONLY use Constantine. Whether I’m going out for a night on the town or going to the airport, it will ONLY be him driving me. His price is extremely reasonable and comparable to what a plain taxi would cost, and he is dependable and trustworthy. I hope you will give him a call the next time you need someone because people like him are HARD to find!

Thank you Constantine’s gr8 limo. We hired you for the first time (of many in the future) for an LAX pickup after a long haul flight from Australia. After checking your website
for prices, it was the best price I found from LAX to Costa Mesa as far as limo service goes. I loved that you were so up front with prices also. the EXACT price quoted is what was charged to my card! Most other companies quote a price, then add in taxes, fees, and gratuities increasing by at least 20%. Gr8limo was right on.
The best part is the driver met us right at baggage claim with a sign!
(The last 3 other limos I have tried from the airport would not even come in! They circled around expecting us to be ready and were rude when we could not find them circling.)
He immediately took my carryon, headed over to the baggage belt and took care of everything. He took the cart with both of our bags and headed out to his closely parked luxury car. He said, «please get in and I will take care of all of this for you, it’s cold out here.» Very very high class service. We felt wealthy and important. Waiting for us was a very clean car, plenty of room, magazines, tissues, etc and COLD water. He went the extra mile to chill the water bottles before picking up.
This kind of service — with low and upfront honest cost — does not happen these days. It was refreshing and we will be using Constantine’s Gr8 limo for every airport transfer for now on.

We had a bunch of relatives coming in for a wedding, and we hired Konstantin to do 3 airport pickups in one day.
1 — everyone got picked up in style, no worries no hassles.
2 — we would have payed way more for less with the other companies I spoke to.
3 — the limo was clean and awesome (I heard) and my mother ended up with a little bottle of water from the limo which I thought was a nice touch.
4 — everyone spoke highly of the service and said that the driver looked sharp.
So I am absolutely obliged to give 5 stars, as I can find no fault.
