I have 13 years experience working with hundreds of patients. I have been a competitive athlete since 1974. I’ve qualified and trained at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Given my life experiences, education, desire to help, passion to commit, and focus to find the solution, I am the therapist for YOU.

My Goal in life is the balance of health and happiness versus responsibilities: I am an LMFT and athlete, both of which take time, planning and effort. I try to find fun every day and funny every minute: I believe laughing is really great medicine and being to laugh at yourself is the best medicine.

I approach my patients/​clients as individuals, each needing and deserving differing theories and modalities at different moments. I do this while listening and asking questions to tease out the necessary details. I hope the I can find the right comments and questions to guide you on your path to increased contentment, health and happiness during our sessions.
