Monique’s Sculptworks classes at YogaWorks are amazing! Her energy is contagious and she gives lots of options to keep you safe if you are working with injuries. I am not a big sculpting person but always look forward to my weekly class with Monique! She helps me achieve a cardio and resistance workout that is always innovative and fun and does not feel like work! Monique genuinely cares about each of her students and helping them reach their goals. Go check out any of her fitness classes, you won’t regret it!

I have had the great experience to know Monique as an instructor at Yogaworks Tarzana. She brings high energy, passion and encouragement to all her classes.
She arrives early, makes a true effort to learn everyone’s names and she utilizes the innovative tabata timer system which makes the classes go quickly and creates a sustained cardio based full body workout. Plus it’s fun and enjoyable and you meet new friends and people.
I have seen results and improvement as a result of her teaching and would highly recommend her as a personal trainer or class instructor.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Monique! I have known her for a few years now, but I didn’t start training with her until my fiancée proposed in November 2015. I train with Monique once a week, for an hour a day, and she has completely transformed my body. I found my wedding dress in December, and, when I went in for my first fitting in May, they had to take it in almost two sizes… TWO SIZES! I didn’t want to lose any weight (maybe 2 – 5 pounds, max), but I wanted to gain muscle tone and look strong and healthy. Monique kept my fitness goals in mind, and she helped me become a beast! People are constantly asking about my weight loss (again, it just redistributed to muscle), and I always tell them that my success comes from Monique. Monique is positive and encouraging, pushes you to your limits, and leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed after the session’s final stretching and meditation. I love every session I have with her, as it is filled with hard work, laughter, and compassion. Working with Monique has allowed me to build my body, mind, and soul. If you are looking for a trainer, look no further! Monique is your gal!

Monique is awesome! She is so knowledgeable, motivational, inspirational, and fun! She is more than just a personal trainer — she provides encouragement, support, education, and positive energy. With a severe back injury she has worked diligently to modify exercises for me in order to make me stronger while also protecting my back. As I have gotten stronger, she continues to modify to protect my body’s weaknesses, and focus on my body’s strengths. She has helped make me stronger physically, emotionally, and mentally. Her classes are always fun, diverse, and hard work! But you never feel like it is «work.» Her training sessions are personalized and modified to meet each person’s unique needs. She is an excellent personal trainer with a true «personal» touch. She helps you meet your goals in physical fitness, health, nutrition, and beyond. Monique is AMAZING! She always is motivational, knowledgeable about the workout and your body, and always makes exercising fun and unique! She always comes up with creative ways to get you moving… you almost forget you’re exercising. Monique is an incredible trainer. Her classes are fun and challenging. She is always positive and encouraging. Monique keeps her classes interesting by combining weight training, circuit training, kick boxing, Pilates and yoga. She plays with different music, themes and equipment. I look forward to working out with her several times a week.

Monique incorporates a variety of techniques to keep the workouts fun and motivating. Monique is the VERY best! She is a warm, friendly and understanding trainer… she will work you hard, but will do it in the most caring of ways. Monique truly understands how the body works. She consistently studies all the latest trends and exercises, and applies all of that to her clients. She is also so much fun to work out with (which is important when you’re not feeling motivated!). Monique is an amazing trainer and person. She changes the workouts so your not bored and they are fun! she is extremely knowledgeable about all the muscle and bones in your body. She will also make sure to alter moves if you have issues with your back. I love her and would highly recommend her.
