Love this place! We bring our pooches here all the time and they always come out looking fabulous! They know our babies by name and take care of them as if they were their own. They are very flexible and usually can take our dogs the same day we call. It’s a hidden gem I would say!

Lorraine is the absolute best! She takes such good care of my two Pomeranians in every way & they love her… And of course her grooming skills are impeccable! I highly recommend this place and huge kudos for Lorraine!

Thank you for taking our Yorkie last minute. Called them at 9am and they had me drop him off at noon. Picked back up around 2:30pm and he was cut exactly how I pictured ad asked for. Nothing bad to say about the place, will make this the go to groomers now!

Just picked up my French Bulldog Tank and is is sparkling! I clean his ears often, but not like they did! I was told he would be ready in an hour and a half and they called me exactly at that time. They even said he was an angel. Highly recommend!

The pricing is fine. But when I got my puppy back from them she had a gash on her lip. I will never ever bring my dog here again I couldn’t even believe what they had done to her. My friend took her dog here too and they cut into a nerve when they clipped her toes. Absolutely terrible DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE

The Best groomer I have ever been to. I have a very frightened little terrier and they are great with him. They are even helping to bath some kittens I found in my garage. Everyone that works here, from the Owner on down are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Just take my dog to get his nails cut. But they’re quick and do such a great job. Just call ahead they can get pretty busy.

Leaving your pets in their hands is such a great feeling. Loraine takes such good care of our girl Dazee. She always takes the extra effort to make sure she is perfect. Dazee loves going here and everyone is lovely. They treat your pet with love. I came in once and Loraine was having a cuddle session with Dazee. Awwww love how clean she is after too. Thank you!!!

Marsha did a great job on my two dogs. You can tell she takes great pride of her work. She is also very neat and organized and cleans up after herself. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I can’t wait until next time.

Just picked up my Pomeranian. First time using this groomer. They did an excellent job. Quick too! Will definitely make this place my groomer. Very happy!

I spent several hours going through reviews for a new groomer for my little Domino Youngblood. He is been going to the same groomer since he was a little baby and it was hard for me to even think of going somewhere else. After much perusal I found this awesome little shop. They did a great job on Domino and we’ve already made our next appointment I think he’s found a new puppy spa home

Exceptional, wonderful, REASONABLY PRICED. Loraine argues with the dogs and that is the funniest. They treat the dogs very well. They do a great job.

I took my Carin-​Terrior in for the first time today. She has never been cut so perfectly or looked so clean. They are absolutely amazing for an amazing price. I would recommend this place for all dog owners! Definitely going back!

We love Matt!
He did an amazing job grooming my terripoo and we are so happy, as usual. She has the strangest fur and she came out smelling great and looking so tidy. Almost a week later and her fur is still very soft.
Will be requesting him from now on, though everyone here is so nice. Thanks Shani’s!

I’ve been taking my pom to Shanis for 2 years and Marsha has been the groomer. Always does a great job and he comes back clean and smelling great.

I took my 2 dogs here today. I have 2 small poodle mixes. I was sick of driving miles away to our other groomer so I thought I would try a new place close to my house. They were A LOT less $$ than our old groomer which obviously helps! When I picked them up I could not believe how adorable they looked! When other family members saw them they said that was the best hair cut they have seen them have. I am so happy to find a place closer and cheaper that did an amazing, same day, and quick (2 hour) haircut/​bath.
Will definately be back!!!

I can’t understand the bad reviews.
I’ve been going to Shani’s for years. I have 4 dogs: a Newfie, 2 Chows and a Havanese. Needless to say we have a lot of hair and I lot of temperaments.
The folks at Shani’s are AWESOME. They guys in the back love my dogs, and in fact all dogs, and it shows. They are great guys who talk to the dogs and do a fabulous job at cleaning them up.
Marsha and Lorraine are the best. They go the extra mile, they are always fabulous with my dogs and my dogs are maintained beautifully. I’ve been to many other groomers over the years but they don’t hold a candle to Shani’s. Nobody else will ever touch my dogs. Not never.
I wish I could give more stars but Unilocal only has 5.

I am not so much reviewing Shani’s, but rather one particular groomer. I have never used any of the other groomers or services here, so it would be unfair for me to comment on anything more.
First, a bit of history… I have a West Highland White Terrier who is well past retirement age. When he was younger I spent countless hours trying to find a groomer who knew how to cut him. Westies have a very typical and specific cut, but you wouldn’t believe how few groomers know how to actually do it!
I literally took him to 8 different groomers over the course of several years, and not one of them could cut him properly. Everything from top-​end luxury boutiques to hole-​in-​the-​wall discount places. I tried everything.
I would even call new groomers in advance to ask if they knew how to cut a Westie, and every one of them told me «absolutely!» I’d explain that I’d heard that before, but they would swear on their mother’s eyes that they knew how. Many disappointments later and I still can’t decide whether those dog groomers were delusional or outright liars. Eventually, I settled for the closest I could get to the ideal and decided to live with it.
That was until another Westie owner told me about Matt at Shani’s. I spoke to Matt and he assured me that he knew how to cut a Westie, and seemed genuinely surprised that this was unusual. So, I tried him out and was so happy that I have never gone anywhere else since. That was over 5 years and dozens of grooming appointments ago.
If you have a Westie, or any dog that needs a specialist cut, I wouldn’t consider anyone other than Matt at Shani’s. He is a master at his craft, and his prices are beyond reasonable.
Remember to ask for Matt.
One general note is that I’m a bit puzzled why this business seems to have 2 names, which are Shani’s and Four Your Paws Only. The staff are the same, so don’t let the multiple personalities confuse you.
