I walked into the store this evening very frustrated after having been given the run around by the customer service line for 2 weeks and multiple attempts of getting my tablet and new SIM card activated. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help. In particular, I want to thank Ashley, for sorting everything out and making sure I got the services promised to me by the call centre, at the price promised. A HUGE THANK-​YOU!!! Even their security guard was super friendly and made sure I was smiling as I left… I would highly recommend this branch for their care and the fast service they provided me!

I’m glad they opened up this location so close to home. Came in today to purchase a new iPhone. I was kindly greeted by security and staff as soon as I walked in. Ashley helped me with my purchase today and although at first I was indecisive, she remained patient with me and I received outstanding customer service.

Changed my life. Exemplary customer service. Extremely wonderful people who went above and beyond to help me get out from under my horrible Other Contract into a plan that saves me money and have two new phones plus Hotspot? My coverage has been amazing even in the canyons and I have no idea how I was living with lesser service for so long in both coverage and customer service! I will stay loyal to this T-​mobile and the brand. Thank you so much for everyone here for staying late and helping me out. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

The people at this t-​mobile location are very warm and welcoming, I walked in HIGHLY upset, another t-​mobile store messed up with my order for my iPhone 6 Plus. Cindy was very patient and was able to fix my problem. I was also concerned about why my bill was so high and Cindy took the time to break down my bill for me to show me why it was so expensive, so she switched my plan to something a lot more convenient and affordable for my family and I. I really appreciate the time Cindy took to help me out. The store is super friendly, very clean and all the employees know their stuff. Will recommend this location and Cindy to all my friends. #Thankyou
