I am grateful they are there.
I was heartbroken when I cracked the crystal on my watch. It is not really valuable, but I really liked it just the same. I went in for an estimate expecting it to be less expensive just to buy a new watch, and was thrilled to find out that I could get my old one repaired for what I consider a very reasonable price. I got my watch back, looking like new, and had incredibly decent people to do business with. I highly recommend a visit if you are in need of jewelry or service.

Great service and reasonable pricing. I came in on a walk in basis to have my engagement ring sized. They handled my ring with care and began working on it right away. The whole service took about 40 minutes. I was very pleased with the level of customer service as well.

Can not say enough about how great this jeweler is. Have been putting off having some of my rings re sized and needing to have several gold and diamond pieces appraised and sold. Although I was told I could get more $ if I sold them privately, I feel I was given a fair price for the items I wanted to sell, right there on the spot.
Had 7 gold rings re sized and a band changed. All of them came back looking fabulous… like brand new. Many beautiful items of their own to choose from also, so if you are in the market for something special for that special someone Venus is the place to go!

I stopped in here for the first time to get my watch repaired about 2 years ago. Since then, I have bought my fiancé’s engagement ring and have had my parents come in to repair some of their older jewelry. Every time I leave here I am always glad I came.
