People are always friendly, the drive thru line moves well even during busy hours. Too often food prep is not up to par. Either cold undercooked fries. Breakfast sandwiches with English muffins not toasted. A few little changes and I would rate 4 stars.

Best mcdonalds in the area. The drive-​thru line goes fast which is a plus. The workers are all polite and know what they are doing. Great place for fast food

East Providence, RI
Unlike several other McDonald’s in the area, the drive-​thru here is always quick and speedy. Ideal for those impulse buys when your stomach reminds you that you have an hour drive ahead of you on Rt 24 up to Boston (the onramp of which is located a hop skip jump away from this location) and no food is in immediate sight.
Their customer service though, at times, seems to be sacrificed for their speediness. I have been through this restaurant without a single word spoken to me. You definitely have to speak up if you need extra sauce or don’t remember the prices given to you at the loudspeaker by the menu. Gets the job done when time is an issue. Very large parking lot! Bravo!
