Was happy until they were so not understanding on my daughters CRPS condition and unwilling to give her an extended dr note for school for her biopsy for the chronic pain that followed.

I don’t know how these people get ready for work in the morning without drowning in the shower.(Yes, they are that bad) I have been into the office 3xs The first time I waited and hr. and a half past my apt time to see the Dr. For her only suggestion to be, switch the face wash I was currently using to the same exact thing in their brand. The second apt went a lot smoother after I told the receptionist i would pay my co-pay after my apt b/c I was not waiting. And the Third was the kicker I was told on the second that I needed to be put in special medicine that I had to wait a month to get on and had to take blood work. I waited my month, went and got my blood work done on Monday(like the Dr. said), went to my apt wed(like the Dr. said), dropped my prescription off at the pharmacy RIGHTWAY(like the Dr. said) because there was only a 7day window from the day I got my blood work for me to pick up my prescription or I had to start back over from the beginning. WELL that is where the ball was dropped The Pharmacy could not fill the prescription b/c the insurance co required prior authorization. So Thursday morning I called the Dr. to let them now they needed to call the insurance co. I called back Thursday afternoon to see if anything had been done about It and Charlotte informed me the nurses do that and they will be with patients until 4:30(that is when they close) and they will get to it when they can, because Charlotte was such a ham :) I called back at 4:15 to see I they had got to it.(You guessed it, they had not) So the next Morning(Friday morning also known as the last business day I have to get my script filled) I started over, I called in the morning and I was told by a young lady that didn’t seem like somebody pissed in her cheerios(so I do not remember her name) that the nurses were working on it and they would give me a call, so after lunch I called back and Charlotte was in, she told me the request was sent to the insurance co. So I waited patiently until 4o’clock for a nurse to call me back and tell me the request had been authorized, but no call :(. I then tried to call myself but no answer, I then called there corporate office and the women there gave me a regional managers number(not the Tavares region, she was on vaca) She told me to call the pharmacy, maybe the Dr. office just forgot to called me back(NOPE). Her next suggestion was to call the insurance co b/c it was them holding up the approval(NOPE). The insurance co had never received a request from the Dr. office. So at this point it is too late for me to get my meds, I would have to pick them up by Sunday at midnight and the Dr. is closed until Monday. Monday morning a nurse calls me and tries to blame the insurance co and the pharmacy but quickly realizes I didn’t fall off the truck yesterday and insures me the office manager will call me back(GOOD b/c I want my co-pay back from my wasted apt) well kids it’s been a month, no call back from the manager but I did get a call Friday letting me know my next apt is Friday :) I will be sending a copy of this to them to see if they get the hint, THEONLYREASON I WOULDCOMETOYOURDROFFICEISTOGETMYCO-PAYBACK

I’ve had multiple problems with multiple people in this office. Tonya at the front is argumentative, charged me over $ 200 extra because she claimed the insurance company hadn’t posted my deductible yet I had already fulfilled my $ 500 deductible at their office, she wouldn’t let me talk to the office manager, she had a negative attitude, and spoke down to me. I also ran into a problem with the surgeon Scott Clark. I had an appointment scheduled at 3 pm to remove an area that is pre-cancerous, his other patients before me canceled so a receptionist called me not to ask but to tell me I had to come in early at 1:30. I said I couldn’t take time off work, which they said I had to reschedule. Why? Scott Clark said he didn’t feel like waiting around for me. A surgeon didn’t feel like waiting an hour and a half to remove something potentially life threatening? I will not return here and plan to let all my friends and family know not to go here as well. Clearly their customers are not the priority, their time and money is.
