I have read a few of the negative reviews, and am wondering if these people have gone to the same restaurant that I go to.
My wife and I eat here almost every day, the food is fresh and tasty, and the service is great.

I had veggie omelette and coffee. Both are very fresh. The vegetables in the omelette can tell are fresh. Why 1 star then? We shared the omelette and wasn’t told there will be a $ 3 plate sharing fee upfront. I don’t mind paying but I think I should be informed upfront. Also the coffee was $ 2 each and nobody refill our cups.

I needed a casual atmosphere to sit with my laptop and work while I waited for a family member to finish up some nearby business, so stopped here for coffee. I initially accompanied it with just a cinnamon bun. It was good so I snacked on a BLT sandwich and macaroni salad too. My mind was mostly focused on the laptop in front of me so I didn’t pay much attention to anything but the good food, great cappuccino, and pleasant and attentive service I received. The prices were very reasonable too. The only negative to the experience was the uncomfortably warm temperature in the restaurant, but that might just be my personal preference. I would visit again if in the area on business.

After seeing great reviews we tried this restaurant for lunch. We both ordered burgers, which came well done, dry and tasteless. Looked very much like the frozen ones you get at the grocery. They didn’t have fries so I got the fruit salad which didn’t appear to be fresh. My husband got the potato salad which he said was mediocre. We waited for over 5 mins. for our check as our waitress was busy with her phone. Finally, another one gave us our check. This was on a week day and it wasn’t busy.

My wife and I were excited to learn of a new breakfast diner in downtown Tavares it is the only one. It just opened a couple of weeks ago and are still finding their way. But in general the food is very good and the wait staff is excellent they have been busier than they expected (a good thing) but they occasionally run short on some menu items. We have eaten there 5 or 6 times since the 1st of March We plan on eating there often.

Great cheesecake. Opened on Sunday when he is normally closed. No one else had coffee. Coffee was great. Donuts were awesome. And cheesecake was amazing. Over 120 cheesecake Flavors! Fair priced food.
