Yazmin Tiles & Marble

We contacted Michael to redo our bathroom. We wanted the old tub taken out and a shower put in. We picked out the tile we wanted and Michael said he would be able to get to it in a couple weeks and that it should take no more then 4 days to get it done.
He sent his helper over to remove the old tile and the tub, that when it started. The tile and tub removal took 2 days and the dust went throughout the entire house. They took a chunk out of the bathroom door when getting the old tub out and plugged the sink drain with bits of plaster from the tile removal. They then did the plumbing and formed up the shower pan which was fine. Then the tile job started and we discovered that it was the wrong tile. Now it’s Friday and we are 5 days into the job. Guess what, no tile till Tuesday of next week. Tuesday they are back at work installing the tile. There are more things that i could write on the quality of the work but I’m trying not to write a book.
They now start on the tile on the shower floor, my husband realizes that the shower drain is higher then the tile they are putting in. Michael acts surprised that we would like the shower to drain and we don’t want puddles of water left on the shower floor, but agrees to redo the the grade.
I could go on about things that were promised but only finished because I continued calling him to get them done. My husband had to fix the door they damaged, unclog the drain, and finish the trim work after they left.
Two week without a shower (we only have 1 bathroom but fortunately our neighbors let us use theirs) was totally unacceptable and the lack of pride in their workmanship was truly amazing.
I was also not happy that they cleaned their buckets in our driveway and I still have a pile of hardened concrete left there.
Obviously I would never use Yazmin again and suggest you go somewhere else for your tile work.

Yazmin was contracted to install new cabinets in our Condo. Michel was contacted a month prior. Upon selection of finish and measurements made. A price was agreed upon and installation dates set.
The day before instal, a time of 8:30 was given. Michel and his crew arrived at 8:25. Demolition commenced and was completed and a thorough cleaning by Alberto. New cabinets were to be delivered the following morning.
The new cabinets came on time and were completed that morning.
I give Michel and his crew especially Alberto the highest marks possible. Very professional!!!
