Not sure what happened to this place, if it is the fault of the corporate office or if the quality of employees is just slipping but i now go out of my way to not deal with these people and may be switching carriers all together very soon. I recently upgraded my iPhone here and was lied to by misinformed untrained and unqualified staff. They lied about the cost of the upgrade, lied about the monthly price for my plan($ 55 has become $ 111) and lied about the capabilities of the new phone i was getting. They basically told me i was getting an iPhone 6 with the stats they quoted but in reality it is actually a 5s. Our 4 line family plan is running about $ 240 a month right now with a 1 thats right 1GB data plan… and i have the only newer phone… I am tired of companies like AT&T nickle and diming me to death with undisclosed charges, fees one time costs and taxes, they lie right to your face and say«ITSAFFORDABLE! we guarantee this is all you will pay each month! lies, they don’t care about their customers and what complaints they make about the service they receive at their establishments. Dump this company and save yourself a lot of headaches dealing with people who have no idea how to do their job, and even more money. The last good review this place got was 5 years ago… Time to wake up and do something AT&T I’ve already dropped your cable and internet service at my home. How much more garbage from your company do you think it will take for me to drop your cell service in favor of Verizon or one of the 2 dozen other companies out there? Sorry for the rant but this was ridiculous.

I’ve gone to this store multiple times and have had a poor experience each time. The wait times are typically 20 minutes plus. The employees are not informed. Example from the last visit: I was told Linux purchased Motorola.(lenovo purchased them). I was also told that Samsung S5s work better on att’s network(also not true). Avoid this store.

Absoultely excellent customer service. I’ve purchased several phones from them over the recent years and always have a good experience. The employees are very willing to help and do what it takes to solve your issue or get you what you need. Specifically, Aaron Harris was a huge help when I broke my iPhone and needed an affordable solution as fast as possible. Even with the recent craze over the iPhone4, the employees kept their cool and served everyone with a smile.
