Deluxe Nail Salon & Spa

I really like the décor of the salon. very relaxing and pleasing to the eye. They don’t have much of harsh fumes like other salons. In my opinion I feel that this salon is much better than others. They do it for a very affordable price and you get such a fantastic outcome. They even have tons of nail polish to choose from! I would defiantly come back to get my pedicure done!

Horrible quality and now is in sharpened correctly it’s in it’s not symmetrical and she was very rude while doing my nails and proceeded to tell me that she was no longer going to be able to do my nails because I’m too picky and my too picky or will we did I just want to job done right she had to re-​shellac three nails I think I had every right to be picky she kept constantly telling me it’s not going to be perfect and I told her I understand it won’t be perfect I just want something that looks good

It’s not the friendliest place, but it’s convenient (in the mall) and fairly quick — they want you in an out so the next person can be started. I had a manicure and pedicure in late May 2015, and it was a decent experience. My toes and fingers looked nice and I was happy with the quality.
Here’s my problem with many of the nails salons in the area, including the Deluxe Salon: when in the public area, English should be the only language spoken. I understand that many of the employees have come from overseas and it’s not their first language. But if you are going to be spending time here, you need to communicate with your customers. I would be so much happier if I could talk with the ladies (and guys) in the shop.
This last visit, I was using a gift certificate which was great. I was able to talk with the woman who did the work on my feet and fingers and it was so nice to talk with her about her children, vacation plans, and more.
I will return to this salon in the future.

Came to get my nails done here this week. I just loved the high quality service and the enthusiastic behavior of my manicurist… I felt absolutely relaxed and satisfied!!!

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had! From the time I walked in the door I felt uncomfortable and a burden to be taken care of. Didn’t wait too long but when I finally got to my nail artist she was pushy and just kept trying to get me to pay more by getting shellac and a pedicure and would not take no for an answer. After politely turning down all her offers and explaining what I was looking to have done, she had a complete attitude and I’m sure our language barrier didn’t help her case. At one point I asked for my almond nails to be slightly pointier, and she got all flustered and said «I don’t know what you want, you do» and handed me the file to do MY OWN NAILS. she had just put the powder on and my nails were wet and she handed it to me and went and talked to her friend. I just sat there blankly and held the file. She ended up finishing but I absolutely hated how they came out and by then my mood was already ruined. I should have just walked out because I paid 40 $ for nails I hated and an awful experience. Will never be going back.

Came up for pedi with best friend from Florida and went for the $ 30 sea salt pedi, ladies doing our pedi rushed through, talked to each other and we felt like we were a bother and they couldn’t get done fast enough. Hot stones were not hot, they rubbed them so fast over our legs you didn’t even know you were getting the massage. Came here because in the past had one of the guys who did a nice job, wanted and was expecting the same treatment. Sorry I took their time up and they mine.

Never again. My nail tech went carelessly fast when doing my shellac manicure and didn’t care that I was 100% displeased with the way that the color I chose came out. Overpriced also. $ 30 was not worth it. I wasted money on sparkly clear coat that probably won’t last.

If you are going to the shop. Should try out Kelly. She giving a most beautiful job on my nails and toes.

My first pedicure & manicure with my sister and girlfriend. Great place and they do a great job. The chairs are massage ones and supplied great comfort while I was getting it done.

Apparently, Cindy is the only one that properly cleans her instruments.
I went for a pedicure today and she was booked, so one of the guys did my toes. He was really nice, through, and did a good job… but at the end, he used the little brush he had cleaned my toenails with to clean the grater (what scrapes your dead skin off the bottom of your feet) and the buffer IN the water my feet were currently in, AFTER dumping the dead skin from the towel onto the water… then he put the grater and buffer back in his drawer.
So disgusting. If Cindy isn’t available, I’ll be going somewhere else.
