HORRIBLEEXPERIENCEWITHEXTREMELYRUDEANDSNOTTYWORKER. Very inconsistent place. Went a couple weeks ago and had super nice servers. At that time, ordered«Flurries» and they allowed as many mix ins as I wanted. Tonight, they said only two were allowed, which is fine, but what irked me is they charged me 50 cents extra to use chocolate frozen custard instead of vanilla. I’ve never seen any place including Dairy Queen charge extra. When I questioned it, the girl got snotty and pointed to some sign around the corner that I hadn’t seen. When I said that makes no sense since the chocolate custard and vanilla are the same price, she mocked me, shaking her head and enunciating her words as if I were stupid. When I said I’d never be back there again, she waved, sarcastically smiling and said«Bye, have a nice life, sorry you’ll never be back again.» Too bad, because the custard is pretty good, but getting ripped off and mocked by a little smart a**, not so much!

I had a bad experience last time I went. The teenagers who work there are unprofessional. In the middle of taking my order, they all started talking and giggling, turned their attention away from customers, and I had to say excuse me to get their attention again. One was taking my order and another would awkwardly put her face on the other’s neck and stare out the window at us(my kids and I); it made me uneasy. There were a couple boys loitering the shoppe who ended up causing damage to what I believe was a chain link for hanging plants. I would try all other nearby ice cream places before going back here. Try some work ethic kids!!! Do parents teach kids anything these days? Very disappointed. The owner/boss should make more unscheduled appearances or hire better workers.

Went to this establishment last week while visiting the downriver area from California, the custard was excellent and Sherri was very friendly.

I would’ve never been to this place myself if it wasn’t for my neighbor. I love the flurries, the staff is nice(also only women) and quick too. Service is fast but on a hot day it will take some time because it’s so crowded. Prices are really good, compared to Dairy Queen or Baskin Robins, but if you use debit/credit card and the total isn’t over 10 or 20 $ it’s like a .10 or 1.00 fee

I love this little spot everyday they have a different flavor. They had creamy carmel the other day and today is black raspberry. The price is cheap and one of the few places that have soft serve custard.

We were going to go to Bob Jo’s, but decided to give this place a shot instead and I’m glad we did! The custard was absolutely amazing and you definitely get your money’s worth. I got a medium cone thinking it’d be, well, medium, and it was as big or bigger than a large at most other places. The girls working were really nice and we waited not even two minutes for our ice cream. There were also plenty of people working, at least four of them, and it was a rainy day, so they are definitely staffed enough to where you won’t be waiting ten minutes for a cone! They also give free little ice cream cones to dogs if you bring one up.

This is some of the best custard around. I doubt you will beat the prices either. A lot of people say Bob-Jo’s is the best, but Here’s the Scoop doesn’t whip up their custard so that half of your cone is air. Everyday they have a Flavor of the Day, try them all!
