Very dishonest-​the business people give you a run around and the auto repair people pretend to fix things but don’t really fix the problem. I’ve had to take my car back numerous times for the same problem, oh wait!, when I complained, miracle of miracles, a new problem showed up! Wish I had NEVER done business with these bloodsuckers.

Gigi was speaking to her associate Julie infront of me asking questions regarding my history. I became frustrated as to how it was being handled and left abruptly. I phoned the dealership after I had left to explain what occured. Gigi threw it in my face that her boss had explained to her «we are the lender, and don’t wont to deal with people who wont answer questions.» Just one problem, I was never asked a question regarding anything by Gigi. Gigi stated they don’t have to deal with people like me based on what she was told by her boss. I left because I was frustrated over how things were being handled. Gigi stated I was already approved, she simply had procedural questions for her associate. Handle those matters when your customer isn’t present, and sell a car. I’ve moved on to a much better deal at a competitor; and Gigi cost her company around $ 14k. When I informed Gigi I was going to post a review, she wasn’t concerned at all. Nice Job!

Worst place to do business. They bully you into a sale. I bought a 2002 Honda Accord Coupe with over 100k miles on it and they charged me $ 10 000 for it. They stated that they would be reporting to experian and no such thing happened until of course after I relinquished the vehicle. One month after purchase I had to purchase brakes because mine were bad. Two weeks after purchase, the engine was running hot and I bitched until they said they wouldn’t charge me for repair. The power steering went out in the car while driving down a back road which caused me to end up totaling it. They told me that I had coverage in case something like this happened and they lied. I got a phone call from the finance office and they tried to bully me into continue paying them even though they lied about coverage and even yelled at me over the phone. Luckily, before they actually reported it I was able to get a car, for under its worth might I ad, at Nyle Maxwell in Austin. This place is a total rip off. I’ve met mechanics who have previously worked there that have told me some of the janky things they do to barely pass a car. NO NOT BUY YOU CAR HERE!!!

I am still paying for my vehicle here, way over priced but they do this because they offer their own comp and collision so you don’t have to get full coverage insurance.
They have an auto shop that they will fix your vehicle and just tack it onto your car payment, which is convenient. BUT, I have had my vehicle for 4 months and it’s been into the shop for the cooling system 3 times! Not very knowledgeable it seems. They do not offer vehicle while yours is being repaired, due to «previous experiences.»
The lady I dealt with said «if I didn’t want the asking price, the next person will.» Im paying $ 14k for a $ 8k vehicle, my fault but I didn’t know at the time. They stated they don’t usually take offers.
They just recently started a system where you have to do automated car payments with cards, you get charged each time to make payments at the office or over the phone.
MOST IMPORTANTLY they do not report to all credit bureaus, although they have you sign a paper stating that they do monthly, I have had my car, again for 4 months, and there is no record of payments. This isn’t the place to start building your credit! I have asked 2 times a month and they always say they are working on it. They also told me by the 1st of October it would start which was a false statement as its November.
