Established in 1979.

In 2014 Tim Vautour decided to expand his construction experience into the Custom Luxury Home building. He hired Nate Seppala who has 36 years of Home building experience to manage this venture.

Nate Seppala Bio

I have been involved in the home building and construction industry my entire working career. In 1978 I started working with my dad who owned a commercial and industrial building company in N.H. and Florida. I did all aspects of construction from laborer, to project managing major commercial and residential projects.

In 1992 my wife and I moved with our 9 children to Greenville SC to work with the family owned company that had expanded to SC. I worked with them until 1999 as a site manger and later as a sub-​contractor.

In 1999 I formed my own building company in the Upstate SC. In 2014 I joined Midlin Builders LLC to manage the Custom Luxury Homes.
