Great quick service! I had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining. Called several companies in the area, but BZ Dependable was able to send someone right away to fix the problem! Vartan was our plumber and he did a great job! We will use them again for any other issues.

Had this company at my house today. By far the best experience ever. First they showed up early but they called first and asked if it was ok to do so. He was very kind and respectful of the house (he put on shoe covers before he even came in) looked at the job and gave me my options no pushy sales pitch. Even gave my daughter a coloring book. Maybe they might be pricy but the speed that they worked and the professional work ethic he had was worth every penny

Overpriced. We used this company once and liked the guy that did the work. The second time we called them was because our shower did not have hot water. They charged my 70 to come and do an estimate. The estimate was for 405. But when I called 3 other plumbers, all the other quotes were for half the price.

I’ve used them twice. Once, over 1 year ago, I had them install a Delta touch faucet. Recently, my wife alarmingly told me the faucet was leaking. I did not try hard (enough) to find the source of the leak and called BZ. Since I bought it from them I figured it was covered except for the $ 100 service call. I wasn’t home when the plumber came and told my wife the hose was leaking and had to be ordered. I came home from work and discovered how the hose was leaking… the collar had to be tightened. Duh. There was no way the plumber did NOT notice this simple fix. Plumbing 101. I called the sweet receptionist, Janet, the next day and told her the news. But it ate at me that I was being or about to be ripped off. I called the owner and discussed in a rational manner what had transpired. After hemming and hawing he agreed to refund my service charge. Hence, my shout out.

We just bought our first home and needed the main sewer and water lines replaced along with servicing of the boiler and radiators. BZ Dependable took the time to figure out the best, most economical way to get the jobs done right. Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explain exactly what they are going to do so there are no surprises. They also stand behind their work, promptly returning to fix any problems we’ve had with the radiators at no additional cost. We look forward to having a long term relationship with BZ Dependable.
